Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson, popularly known as Paris Jackson, who is an aspiring actress and also the only daughter of pop singer Michael Jackson, has been spotted recently with a bulging baby bump.

Although her boyfriend has not been named, IOL reports 16-year-old Paris is expecting a child together after the aspiring actress was spotted sporting a bulging baby bump while on a dinner date recently. An onlooker at the dinner said: "I saw her at dinner and she twice made a toast drinking water instead of wine. That and the prominent stomach bulge got people talking."

However, it was made known that the lovebirds were spotted checking out engagement rings, and few days later, the news came in that she has been seen with a bulging bump. It would be recalled that the aspiring actress was out of  spotlight for over a year, while she attended therapeutic boarding school Diamond Ranch Academy in Utah after she tried to kill herself.

Oscar Pistorius Found Not Guilty of Murder ...

After his murder trial which began in March with 41 days of testimony spread over months,Oscar Pistorious has been found not guilty of premeditated murder(Intentional killing )of his girlfriend Reeva Stekamp.The double amputee who was in tears through out the reading of the verdict by Judge Thokozile Masipa ,may be charged with  Culpable Homicide(Manslaughter)

This would be argued based on his state of mind at the time .Culpable homicide is murder by negligence.She will compare his conduct with that of a reasonable thinking person, and the question would be if a reasonable thinking person would act like he did under the same circumstances ..

The sentencing is purely based the discretion of the judge and precedence(Previous cases) .

On why he was let go of Murder

1.Murder-She said the evidence that he intended to kill Reeva was purely circumstantial.The state failed prove beyond reasonable doubt that he intended to kill her.They didn't have any witness who was there and Oscar was basically the only real witness who knew what happened.

SO the judgement was entirely based on what he said in court.She also said their argument that the couple had heated arguments previously doesn't mean he intended to kill her as relationships are not predictable.

The court is on a break now..Below are some excerpts I gathered during the live proceedings....

On the Witnesses

The judge said most of the witnesses lost credibility because, they failed to separate what they knew personally,from what they had heard from other people and what they gathered from the media.

The incident happened at a very early hour of the morning when most of the witnesses were in bed or partly asleep .

The prosecution based most of their arguments on witnesses to prove there was pre-meditated murder ,however, she has rebuffed most of the witness testimonies .She said the media coverage had influenced the witnesses and their perception towards him.

On the accused

-She said the accused was a very poor witness.He lost his composure and she said the argument that he was suffering from serious emotional stress was not make sense.She said he was an evasive witness. He failed to listen properly to questions put to him during cross examination.A question requiring a straightforward answer turned into another debate.

He always blamed his legal team when he contradicted himself.

-She asked why he did not ascertain whether she heard anything too before getting up,

-Why he did not wake her up when he heard the window open

-Why the accused fired not one but four shots before he ran back to the bedroom to find the deceased

-The accused was not candid with the court when he said he did not intend to shoot anyone,even when he had a loaded firearm in the morning 

-She also said lying to the court doesn't not mean he is guilty 

Meanwhile, Reeva's parents looked visible pained and heartbroken by the verdict

Nollywood Actor Damola Olatunji’s 1-Year Old Marriage In Trouble

Nollywood actor, Damola Olatunji's 1-year old marriage is in crisis. Damola has been accused by his wife of sleeping with Bukky Awoyemi a Nollywood actress. Damola's wife, Damilola, in a tell-it-all interview with BON Online told how the actress torn apart her marriage and how her husband has been living with her in her Magodo home, instead of their matrimonial home.

Here's how BON Online reports it;

I am sad, frustrated and I don't know where to start from, what did I do to deserve this. I gave my all or is it a sin to love someone who claims to love you. Damola and I didn't have any issue neither did we have any major quarrel just the normal ups and downs that married couples have but I started feeling uneasy few weeks to our Wedding Anniversary when he rarely pick my calls nor reply my sms promptly and will only call me back in the middle of the night.

Gist started filtering into my ears that Damola was seeing Bukky but I ignored. But when my husband won't change I asked him and he denied that the only thing between them is work. Until Damola's brother's girlfriend called me to tell me that Damola actually brought Bukky to Osogbo and they went to Damola's uncle home where she made dinner for him before they went into the room to make love and it started to make sense to me because like thrice in the middle of the night I had seen Bukky's text messages to Damola saying I miss you, I love you and can't wait to see you. I allowed it to slide because guys in the industry are in the habit of calling themselves darlings and all.

But when I knew I was in serious trouble was when I came home for our Anniversary and Damola didn't pick me at the Airport. On getting home, I noticed that Damola had packed all our wedding pictures and all my properties into the guest room. While waiting for him I took a look at his ipad and behold I read his messages with Bukky talking about the romantic getaways, the fact that he does not want me again and he professing love to Bukky.

I was at home for 30days and Damola only slept at home once. Later I heard he was with Bukky in Magodo, then I went to see his parents but got the shock of my life, as they told me pointblank that they would only want what their son wants. All my parents efforts to make peace, has been turned down by his parents. I have not spoken to Damola for over 70days as he neither picks my call nor reply my sms.
