Tweets: Must Read!!! James Blunt's Hilarious Replies To Haters On Twitter

Some people like to diss celebs on social media. Well, you can diss all you want but expect a witty comeback from British singer and five time Grammy nominee, James Blunt. He has time to reply his haters and his tweets have become a sensation - turning him into a hero of some sort.

"Twitter started to be really fun when I saw some negative comments about me. I loved laughing about them and engaging with the trolls. I guess people finally got the chance to see my self-deprecating humour." James said.
Nigerian celebs should learn from Blunt. Being abusive is really not necessary. See some of the singer's replies to haters last year after the cut...

My mother would kill me if I get a tattoo – Adokiye

20140105-150402.jpg

Adokiye Kyrian is a singer and United Nations Peace Ambassador. She talks fashion with Ademola Olonilua

A dress you wore for a recent event was a replica of what American singer, Jenifer Lopez, wore for the Grammy Award. How did you get that outfit?

It is a KDK London dress. My stylist made sure everything was okay. The dress, Neon Christian Louboutin shoes, clutch purse and the accessories were all put together in and delivered from London Town.

It caused a lot of buzz on the internet with foreign blogs also commenting on the dress. Did you foresee this kind of hype?

You are just telling me, foreign blogs too? Wow! Thanks to my lovely stylist, IB Miss Laverite. I actually loved it on JLo and thought I would look great in it. Actually, it took a lot to put everything in place and getting it to me.

How is it being a United Nations Peace Ambassador?

Professionally, I am an architect. At the of 15, I gained admission into a Catholic private university, owned by Very Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Edeh, where I bagged a degree in Architecture which is a field a lot of females dread. I'm engaged in a lot of charity works and humanitarian services in Nigeria and the Diaspora. I'm an advocate of culture and the era of going green. I enjoy empowering the less privileged from all walks of life. I've been doing this since the day I learnt how to spell my name and it started from the church through the platform of Legion of Mary. As young as I was, I knew how important it was to abide by the Corporal Works of Mercy; to visit the sick and inmates, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, provide shelter for the homeless and bury the dead. I went from house to house from the age of six till I gained admission in the university. We travelled to villages, prepared camps; we had week long projects just to teach people what they needed to know. I went to hospitals and went to funerals even though I didn't know who they were.

What is that fashion item you admire on a guy?

Wrist watches, maybe.

What's your favourite hairstyle?
Punk, Mohawk, I guess maybe because that's what I'm wearing.

How much does it cost you to make your hair and how long does it take?
Well, I spend about N30,000 or thereabout. It's a long process that involves cutting, trimming, brushing, tinting and setting.

How often do you visit a salon?
A few days intermittently or a week. It depends on how soon I need a new touch.

How much can you be offered to go bald?
I'd need to discuss with my manager about that, just to re- confirm but we expect a lot for that anyway.

Do you prefer looking natural or you feel incomplete without make-up on?

Yes, I actually adore moments I stay natural and I really do look very pretty without make-up-on, it feels so good.

How do you come up with the ideas for your costumes during your stage performances?
Theoretically, there are some important things to consider in picking out costumes, like the kind of crowd, its theme, the message and of course, the songs too.

Can you estimate how much you have spent on shopping this year or the last quarter of this year?

Not really, but I think a lot of dollars have gone down.

What is your take on tattoos?
Tattoos? I'm not a fan. I mean I don't judge people with tattoos; I have a lot of friends with tattoos. I don't have any. Sincerely, I don't see myself getting any tattoo ever. That's the gospel truth. My mummy would literally kill me. I can vividly remember the last time I was in London; I tried to play my mummy, I called my mummy while she was in Nigeria and said, 'Mummy, I'm in a tattoo shop in London, let me have just one tattoo please.' She screamed at the top of her voice and ordered me to disappear from the shop at once. So you see, I just can't have a tattoo.

Rihanna Is Thinking Of Selling The Gold Necklace Chris Brown Gave Her.

According to a report by Hollywoodlife says:

On New Year's Eve, a source close to Rihanna said Chris Brown gave her two things: an apology letter and a gold
necklace. Well, she lit her ex's letter on fire (yes, really),
and guess what? She doesn't plan on keeping the
expensive piece of jewelry either!

"Rihanna's thinking about what to do with that gold necklace Chris gave her. And get this she actually thinks it would be cruel to give it to charity! "She doesn't want to pass along some bulls**t and bad energy to someone else. She will eventually sell it and then give the money to charity,"

"He put a lot of hurt in her heart and there's a lot of damage there," the source says. "She doesn't want anything to remind her of him going forward in the new year. She wants nothing to remember him by.

Besides dumping the gold necklace, the singer also torched the letter Chris sent her, reducing his apology to a heap of ashes. Chris' letter apologized for all of the pain he caused Rihanna, she "put ashes on that letter until it burned. She said, 'good riddance,' and continued to entertain her guests."

APC Membership Registration Begins This Month

The All Progressives Congress has set up committees to handle the registration of its members in each state of the federation.

Members of the committee will be drawn from the national secretariat, defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, the Congress for Progressive Change and the All Nigeria Peoples Party in each state as well as governors where APC has one.

The ACN, the CPC and ANPP merged to form the APC.

It was learnt in Abuja, on Sunday, that barring any last minute change, the APC National Secretariat would name two members, the chairmen of the defunct ACN, ANPP and CPC as well as the state governor (where APC has a governor), would also be part of the committee.

It was also gathered that the caretaker committees would be inaugurated within two weeks before the commencement of the registration exercise.

A reliable party source confided in our correspondent that the two party officials appointed by the national body would be sent to states other than their states of origin.

This, according to the source, is to ensure fairness to all members irrespective of whether or not they are members of the three legacy parties.

The source added that the registration exercise had been tentatively fixed for the third week of January.

It was gathered that the outcome of the assignment given to reconciliation committees in some states was partly responsible for the delay.

The source said, "Two of the five or six man committee for each state will come from the national headquarter. They will go to be chairman and secretary, but they will be posted to states which are not their own.

"Those two will now join the chairmen of the legacy parties in the states they've been posted to plus the governor- where we have a governor, making those five, six or seven, depending on whether has a sitting governor or not.

"They will constitute the registration committee and given the registration materials. We have trained registration officers who will meet with the Chairmen of the party in the state to do the registration.

Snipers: Security Widens Probe Of Obasanjo’s Claims

Security agencies are probing former President Olusegun Obasanjo's claim that about 1,000 Nigerians have been placed under watch by the Federal Government.

The probe, which is being coordinated by the Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA), may be extended to similar allegations raised by Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi and a former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, a source said. Besides, members of the Governing Council of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) have started consultations on how to approach the petition sent to the commission by President Goodluck Jonathan.

A source said the commission would follow the rules of procedures in treating Jonathan's petition. All security agencies are involved in the probe of the allegation of training of snipers to deal with 1,000 Nigerians on a watch-list, it was learnt. The security agencies were reportedly mandated to go deep into the veracity or otherwise of the allegations.

A top source said: "I can confirm that investigation of security issues in Obasanjo's letter, especially the training of snipers, is ongoing. "We have resorted to discreet investigation because of the sensitive matters raised in the letter. These are not what you put in the public domain at this initial stage because it might be prejudiced by political consideration. "And if you look at the letter, it contained political issues mixed with security concerns. So, we decided to be careful not to play to the gallery because national security is at stake.

"The proper thing is to conduct an in-depth probe devoid of any political colour because Obasanjo might have some privileged information unknown to the government. "And Obasanjo might also be acting on false reports. Yet, we must look at all angles knowing full well that whatever we do today will be on record for the succeeding administrations."

Asked how long the investigation will take, the top source replied: "As soon as practicable, but I think within one month, we should go far. "In the midst of this probe, some highly-placed Nigerians like Governor Rotimi Amaechi and a former Minister of FCT, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, have declared that they are on the watch-list. "We may ask them to oblige us information at their disposal in confidence as responsible citizens." The source said since the President, in a counter-letter, came up with allegation of subversion against Obasanjo, the probe will examine his claim.

Members of the Governing Council of the National Human Rights Commission following the "weighty" nature of Jonathan's petition, have been calling for an early meeting this month. A source in the Council said the Rules of Procedures would be strictly applied in treating Jonathan's petition. The source said: "Members are eager to meet on Jonathan's petition because of the public interest attached to it.

We have been consulting and we will meet this month. "When we meet, we will decide whether or not to raise an adhoc committee to investigate his complaint. The assurance I can give you is that we will follow the Rules of Procedures put in place by the Commission."

A copy of the Rules of Procedures was obtained last night by our correspondent. Rule 65 of the procedures reads in part: "It shall be the responsibility and function of the Governing Council to decide on petitions, cases and complaints of violations of human rights received from individuals, or other persons, or communities.

"Council may delegate any of its roles with respect to the preparation, investigation or mediation of complaints to the Executive Secretary or any other person or expert designated by it. "The Executive Secretary shall, at each session, present to the Council, a list of all complaints received, the procedures undertaken by the Secretariat, and the proposals or remedies for consideration or decision by the Commission."

In his December 3 letter to the President, Obasanjo wrote: "Allegation of keeping over 1000 people on political watch list rather than criminal or security watch list and training snipers and other armed personnel secretly and clandestinely acquiring weapons to match for political purposes like Abacha and training them where Abacha trained his own killers, if it is true, it cannot augur well for the initiator, the government and the people of Nigeria.

"Here again, there is the lesson of history to learn from anybody who cares to learn from history. "Mr President would always remember that he was elected to maintain security for all Nigerians and protect them. And no one should prepare to kill or maim Nigerians for personal or political ambition or interest of anyone. "The Yoruba adage says: 'The man with whose head coconut is broken may not live to savour the taste of the succulent fruit.' "Those who advise you to go hard on those who oppose you are your worst enemies. Democratic politics admits and is permissive of supporters and opponents."

In his reponse on December 22, Dr. Jonathan wrote: "The most invidious accusation in your letter is the allegation that I have placed over 1,000 Nigerians on a political watch list, and that I am training snipers and other militia to assassinate people. Baba, I don't know where you got that from but you do me grave injustice in not only lending credence to such baseless rumours, but also publicising it.

You mentioned God 17 times in your letter. Can you as a Christian hold the Bible and say that you truly believe this allegation? "The allegation of training snipers to assassinate political opponents is particularly incomprehensible to me. "Regarding the over 1,000 people you say are on a political watch list, I urge you to kindly tell Nigerians who they are and what agencies of government are "watching" them. Your allegation that I am using security operatives to harass people is also baseless. Nigerians are waiting for your evidence of proof.

That was an accusation made against previous administrations, including yours, but it is certainly not my style and will never be. Again, if you insist on the spurious claim that some of your relatives and friends are being harassed, I urge you to name them and tell Nigerians what agencies of my administration are harassing them."

Maheeda says she’ll show her daughter her nude photos when she turns 18

Despite her well-publicized raunchiness on social
media, Pop singer Caroline Sam better known as
Maheeda says her daughter is yet to see her 'in that
way'.

While speaking with The Punch recently, Maheeda
revealed that her daughter who is 17 years is not
allowed access on social media, hence hasn't seen
any of her nude photos

'My daughter is not even aware these nude pictures
exist even though she has seen pictures of me in
bikini. She is not even allowed access to the social
media', she disclosed.

Maheeda however says when her daughter turns 18,
'she can decide what she wants'. And if you're
thinking about how the Pop singer's daughter will
feel when she stumbles on her mom's nude photos,
Maheeda says it's not going to be a problem…

'I am 31 and I had my daughter when I was 17. I do
not think this is going to affect her in any way. If
my mother did something like this; there is no way
it would have affected me', she explained.

'Even if she gets to view them eventually, it's not
going to mean anything to her because she has the
European mentality'.

Maheeda is currently married to a Dutch man who
she says understands what she is doing is purely for
'Show business'.

'I am married and my husband is Dutch. What I am
doing is not alien to him or his family and he
understands. He just laughs whenever he comes
across any of my pictures. It's in Africa that we
attach much importance to such things and consider
it sacrilegious'.

Very Touching! True Life Story: A Nigerian Whose Kidney Was Stolen In Malaysia Narrate His Story

This story is touching and shocking and I hope we all learn..
I'm 26 years old and last year after graduating from one of the
Polytechnics in Nigeria, I couldn't get a job.I needed to travel
out of the country to better my life of that of my family.

I planned on going to Turkey but fell into the hands of dupes who gave me fake documents and I was thrown out of the Turkish embassy during my interview and almost got arrested.
Standing outside, I met an old acquaintance,a young guy I met through a mutual friend. I found myself telling him about my plight and how I had been duped into paying for fake documents. I told him how my dad sold his plot of land to ensure I traveled.

How was I going to tell them their money went down the drain?

He then told me the best thing was to tell them I got the visa ,
so when my dad sends money for my flight ticket, I use it to
go to Malaysia. He said he had an agent who would help me
and also give me a job once I get there. He said several guys had gone to Malaysia too. I told my excited parents that I got the Visa and would need money for my flight. I raised 600 thousand naira which was sent to the agent I had never met and was given a 1 month visa . I got to Malaysia expecting to see the agent but never did. It was 3 weeks, no job,and paying my hotel bill, I had exhausted all my money. The so-called agent I had been calling suddenly switched off his phone. It was one week to the expiration of my visa. So I decided to step-out and find other Nigerians who could help me. I was
unsuccessful as the two guys I knew way back in Nigeria
were club bouncers and had no connections. Was shocked
because they claimed to be big boys.

I was on my way back from one of my unsuccessful outings. I was wondering what to do when a short Indian man intercepted me. "Hello my friend you looking for a job? I have a job for you. How will you like to earn 3 thousand dollars a month ? I was speechless"" He told me '"Lets go and have a drink and talk about it" I was so happy.

He took me to a spot not far from where we met. It was like a
private house and I saw two other Black boys who the man
introduced me to saying they were also beneficiaries of the
job. I was just about to ask what the job was when a waiter
brought me a drink and he told me to give him a minute to
bring papers which would show me my job description.

I don't know what happened next .I found myself in an
uncompleted building. I was confused at first and felt i was
dreaming. But the cold was unbearable to be a mere dream
and the sharp pain on the side of my belly was too intense to be real. I saw my shoes on the floor. I was confused. How did I get here?

What about the job? Did I loose my chance by getting too
drunk? Then I recalled I didn't drink alcohol.

I decided to put on my shoes when I noticed my legs were so
swollen my shoes didn't size me anymore..

I left the place with no money in my pocket, didn't even
know where I was. I tried to ask some Arabs to help but none
even listened to me. As I kept walking, I saw 2 security men
and walked up to them. They were Nigerians and after telling them about my plight, they took pity on me and asked me to sleep in the factory where they worked for the night.

They gave me some pain killers to relieve me. But advised me to go for a test the next day. The next day I told them I had no money to even go for a checkup and I was probably going to be deported as I had just one week for my visa to expire.

The elderly one told me there was a job opening as a life guard at some private beach. I couldn't be more grateful. I
took up the job but the reoccurring belly ache which I kept
suppressing with pain killers was getting more intense.

Then after rescuing someone who almost drowned, the intense
stress which accompanied that made me fall ill. And after
several tests, they couldn't ascertain what was wrong with
me. I had used up all the little money I earned from my job as
a life guard and I had no option but to give myself up to the
authorities so I could be deported since I couldn't pay for my
flight ticket .

I returned to Nigeria seriously ill and my parents took me
from one hospital to the other and they couldn't detect what
was wrong with me. We went to several prayer houses even
very popular miracle pastors who claimed it was evil people
from my village chasing me. Destiny killers they said. I
was ordered to fast for 21 days and four days later I collapsed.

Then my father ran into an old classmate who owned a
hospital. He told him about my plight and he told my dad to
bring me over.

He ordered a full scan to be run on me and while I was alone,
he came to me and said" Young man, why did you have one
of your kidney's removed?" I was shocked 'My Kidney? Sir I
don't get". He smiled"At least if you want to have your
kidney removed, do it well. You must have earned a few millions from it so what did you do with the money?

Why didn't you treat yourself properly?" I was confused and i
insisted i knew nothing and he showed me the scan. Yes one
kidney was missing. He also said the closure was perfectly
done and skin was used to cover up the stitch. He said only
Indians did such perfect cover-ups. After insisting there was a
mistake somewhere ,the doctor said the fact was one of my kidneys was removed and he told me the dangers of selling my kidney which many Nigerian youths do these days to make quick cash..

I was in tears and I told him I didn't know what he was
talking about then I recalled the Indian man I met who told
me he had a job for me.

It hit me that that man had me drugged and took me to an
unknown place and had my kidney removed and then dumped
me in that building.

Now I'm a 26 year old man who put my parents through hell
and I'm now living on one kidney and very ill. I keep hoping
this one doesn't develop a problem .I want youths to be
careful of where they go to and who they interact with. I just
found-out its a cartel and several African jobless youths have
been trapped and have their kidneys removed without their
knowledge.

Somewhere ,someone is living on my kidney not knowing it
was stolen….I wish that person well. It's a wicked world.

Good News! Nigerians Named Amongst 8 Superior Groups Of People In The US

Writer Amy Chau, who gained notoriety 2 years ago as 'Tiger
Mum' after publishing her controversial book 'Battle Hymn of
the Tiger Mother" where she claimed that Chinese mums
make the best parents and ultimately have more successful
children, is back in the news.

Chau and her husband, Jed Rubenfeld, just released a
controversial (and some say racist) parenting guide called 'The
Triple Package', where they declared there to be only eight
successful and superior groups of people in the US.

They eight are: Chinese, Jewish, Indian, Iranian, Lebanese-
Americans, Nigerians, Cuban exiles and Mormons

'That certain groups do much better in America than
others, as measured by income, occupational status, test
scores and so on, is difficult to talk about,' Amy and Jed
write.

The couple identify three distinguishing features these eight
peoples have that guarantees them success over others;
superiority, insecurity and impulse control.

Amy Chau, 51, breaks down the 'Triple Package' for her
readers as follows:

1) A superiority complex: Chau believes that any cultural
group who innately thinks they are just better than others has
an advantage.
Ignoring the wars, genocide and abject human misery this
kind of thinking has caused, Chau and her husband declare
that 'the superiority complex is antithetical to mainstream
liberal thinking...the stuff of racism , colonialism,
imperialism, Nazism.'

2) Insecurity: Chau and her husband believe that a deep
seated insecurity can be a motivating drive to achieving
success.
'That insecurity should be a critical lever of success is another
anathema, flouting the entire orthodoxy of contemporary
popular and therapeutic psychology,' they write according to
the New York Post.
'Note that there's a deep tension between insecurity and a
superiority complex,' the authors continue.

'It's odd to think of people being simultaneously insecure but
also convinced of their divine election or superiority.'

3) Impulse Control: Chau thinks that perseverance and
patience are virtues that have been lost to most Americans -
but still exist among her eight golden cultural groups.
'Impulse control refers to the ability to resist temptation,
especially the temptation to give up in the face of hardship or
quit instead of persevering at a difficult task.'

An Open Letter To Maheeda (Must Read)

Dear Maheeda,

I am quite sure that you will find this piece of write-up not
appealing but the fact is just that you need to re-check
yourself and also re-structure your life. I am not preaching the
gospel to you, neither am I seeking public attention.

I read one of your recent interview with one of Africa biggest Newspaper where you said that you are proud of your n##de pictures. You also talked about your background which I found so rough and am very sorry for that.

Nobody would have prayed for such background and I really
appreciate your courage and struggle girl (Thumbs UP).

But all the same Maheeda, Ramsey Noah slept under Lagos Bridge without food. He struggled without exposing his butt or circulating his n##de pics and now he is one of the biggest Actors we see on screen in Africa.

Did you know that Mercy Johnson once lived in an uncompleted building as a young girl with a lot of dreams?

She struggled and went through a lot of tribulations but now
she is also one of the biggest Actress in Africa.

*You don't have to pose n##de before you become great or before you actualize your dreams.

Upcoming Acts take note of that.

Stop presenting yourself has a born again Christian. Chai!
Satan Punish Devil. My dear you are very much far from it. I
wonder if you know the meaning of been a born again. It
about having total submission to God. Been spiritually and
morally okay which I don't think you are.

I can't still believed that you were once a gospel singer. It is
never to late for you to change your heart and your ways. You claimed that your mum and husband supports you. Who cares if they support you or not ?

What matters most is for you to get back to your senses.

Funny enough I can't m–•–s–t–u–r–b–a–t–e to your n##de
pictures not to talk of deriving pleasure from staring at it.

You want attention, you are an attention seeker. That's cool but get your attention using another means. You put n##de pics because you claimed that you are into what you call
'showbiz' but I call it 'showkey'.

Fans Attacked Basketmouth Over Rape Joke (Tweets/Fb)

Comedian Bright 'Baskemouth' Okpocha's got himself in trouble over a joke relating to rape.

The comedian posted a joke on his official Facebook page – the material (which is not new) attempted to compare dating a white girl (presumably Caucasian) and an African girl.

Basketmouth wrote:

White Girls:

1st Date: Coffee
2nd Date: Kiss
3rd Date: Sex

African Girls:

1st Date: Fast food
2nd Date: Hug
3rd Date: Chinese restaurant
4th Date: Kiss
5th Date: Attempted sex but failed
6th Date: Shopping
7th Date: Cinema, new phone, more shopping
8th Date: Attempted sex but failed
9th Date: RAPE!!!

Apparently, Basketmouth's fans didn't find it funny. With many calling him out, accusing him of supporting rape. Rape is a very sensitive topic in Nigeria; the fans accused him of his nonchalance over the topic.

On social networks Facebook and Twitter, the comedian received quite a number of responses, including from broadcaster Funmi Iyanda, journalist Tolu Ogunlesi, Esther Ijewere and other notable figures.

'I hope young men will resist the hideous advice by @basket_mouth to Rape! Jokes are stupid!', @blcompere wrote on Twitter.

'Would your joke be funny if your mother your sister, your aunt, your daughter had been raped? If you daughter or your sister had come home with blood running down her legs because some brute had seen her, not as a human being with feelings and a physical body that hurts and bleeds, but as a
vessel for his lust, his rage, his disrespect and his misogyny?', a Barbara Mhangami wrote on her blog.

'…Because boys and men are not being taught that rape is not a joke! We place the burden of being safe on girls but girls do not rape themselves and your joke legitimizes and reinforces the notion that raping a girl is ok!!! Rape is not trivial!', she
continued.

As the rebukes poured in, Basketmouth deleted the post and wrote an apology on his Facebook page. 'My people,

I have a daughter that I would give my life to protect, a wife that means the world to me, a mother that made me the man that I am and anything that is done for any woman is less than she deserves for the role they play in our lives.

I would never in a thousand lifetimes encourage rape, I broadcasted a joke that many clearly misunderstood and have found offensive and I sincerely apologize, the intention however was to highlight an unfortunate trend and the ridiculously flawed comparison between money & the worth of a woman.

So to all women, the ones that make our lives colorful, the ones we owe our lives..literally, our pride, our money choppers, the true stronger vessels, this is me, Bright Onyekwere Okpocha saying, I no dey crase to promote rape?

Accept my humble apologies if it was misunderstood, it wasn't meant that way by a long shot. One love', Basketmouth wrote.

The comedian has done right by tendering an apology but it seems not to have cushioned the blows still coming in as fans are still attacking him on social networks.

2015: APC Hunts For Vice Presidential Candidate

In preparation for the 2015 general elections, the opposition
party, All Progressives Congress (APC) has began its search
is for the party's vice presidential candidate right.

Popularly, it was assumed that former Head of State, Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari, may get the presidential slot.

In case this option fails, the incumbent Speaker of the House
of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, former Federal
Capital Territory (FCT), minister, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai and
Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido are slated for a
replacement.

However, Governor Lamido has always maintained that he
won't leave People's Democratic Party (PDP), as he is a
founding father of the party.

It was, however, learnt that the stakeholders who met behind
the closed-door last weekend, have no mandate of the party or
of any of the candidates being considered for the vice
presidential slot, which was the highpoint of the parley.
In a stakeholder meeting held at the weekend in Ogun State,
having been convinced that the presidential flagbearer will
surely come from the North, APC is now searching for a vice-
presidential candidate from the South in preparation for the
race.

During the meeting, which was chaired by a chieftain from
Ondo State, some names were tabled for scrutiny with a view
to agreeing on who to present when the chips are down for
nomination, which is believed, could come as early as June
this year.

Some of the names on the card, according a report published
in a national newspaper today, are former Governor of Lagos
State and National Leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed
Tinubu, Edo State Governor Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, his
Rivers and Imo state counterparts, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi
and Rochas Okorocha respectively as well as former governor
of Ekiti State, Otunba Richard, Adeniyi Adebayo.

A source at the meeting, who doesn't want to be named, said,
"if former Head of State, General Muhammadu Buhari
eventually becomes the party's presidential candidate, Tinubu
will automatically pair with him because of their experiences
and exposure as former rulers.

"If any of the former Federal Capital Territory (FCT),
minister, Mallam el-Rufai, incumbent Speaker, Hon.

Tambuwal or Governor Lamido eventually picks the party's
ticket, any one among Fashola, Oshiomhole, Amaechi,
Okorocha and Adebayo can be nominated for the vice
presidential slot." He concluded
