There has been negative remarks about the film alright but the movie presents you with a modern take on TMNT franchise. It is unlike the previous TMNT movies and decides to go on a makeover. The action scenes of the film rock as they are well shot and the CGI is top notch. Megan Fox did a good job portraying her character although a little bit of depth surely could have done a world of good for the character.
The character of Shredder portrayed a great villain having Martial Arts skill, the cunningness he displayed and the resilience. Although a bit of attention could have been given to the character itself. The background story of the character should have been improved by the creators for better effect.
Many of us have specific mindset about TMNT and most of the viewers expected age-old storyline for the film. It seems the critics have a specific lens when watching this film and are frustrated when that expectation is not fulfilled by the movie. It is a modern take on TMNT and the story is fast paced. Although the storyline had room to be interesting but nevertheless it didn't hurt the film. This is not one of your intellectual flicks where you will see action scenes devised with brains. No, this is an action movie which is bound to have over the top action scenes. The oldies sure packed a punch in this flick. Arnold Schwarzenegger, Stallone and Ludren did their bits. Harrison Ford was a worthy replacement for Bruce Willis. Bandaras was perfect in his comic role although everyone thought that he was being a bit to hilarious but this is part of the film. Jet Li is there for only 5 or so minutes which Bistro thinks is a bit too less. Chuck Norris could have been included for a cameo appearance in this one two like the previous versions. The film tells the story of a girl in distress and on the verge of life and death decision. The central character, Mia, has the perfect family. Her boyfriend loves her. The Musical career she's in, blossoms perfectly. But soon everthing distorts as her family suffers a terrible road accident. After the accident, Mia gets into coma and all her past memories, pains and triumphs come back to her. She even peaks into the future. Now she has to decide whether she'll cling on to life and fight or simply leave the world.
The film is a complete entertainer. It will make you cry and sometimes laugh too. The attractive part of the film is the cinematography. A huge chunk of the movie will take you down to the memory lane of Mia. The portrayal of the memories is done beautifully. The film focuses on Mia's dream of becoming a successful musician. The composers for the film showed class as the background score is lovely throughout.
Cloé Mortez did wonderful job portraying Mia. As it is an emotional flick, Mia's life is shown on the silverscreen aptly. You will easily relate hers with your own life. Mortez plays cello seemlessly well. She presents Mia as a dutifull girl towards her family, her music and her Boyfriend too. Now she must pick and choose different things that are important to her.
You will have to feel about your family life while watching If I Stay. All the precious moments that you pass with your family, the sweet moments you spend with your kids and loved ones, will pass through your eyes. Sometimes we all have to make important choices. This film will only remind you of those.

Gunmen Rob,Rape FRCN Training School Students in Lagos
An eye witness in the school said that was the third time the armed men would be attacking the school.
"The armed robbers were many. They attacked the school last week, last two weeks and now this week. They always rape the girls and dispossess others, including male students and workers on night duties of their valuables."The three attacks on the school have left many of the workers shocked, especially as policemen were supposed to be manning the school gate.
According to Vanguard,the last attack occurred at about 2am, with the gunmen targeting the financial records offices. Three of the gunmen wore masks and focused on the new BOND FM station, which has a lot of new expensive transmitting devices.
"Many of them broke into our offices, remove burglar-proofs, raped girls who were in training and living in our hostel. They collected money, phones and laptops. This is the third time this will be happening," said a staff.According to another insider
: "The gunmen are usually many whenever they attack. The first time they came, they appeared to be searching for something as they ransacked all offices.This time, they came with three or four men wearing masks. They were apparently the people who wanted something from the school or offices. When they came this time, they were the ones doing the frantic searching.
Whether they succeeded in getting what they wanted this time around is what we don't know."Police spokesperson, Ngozi Braide, however said only a case of burglary was reported.

A man in San Antonio,
42-year-old Antonio Flores Narcisso attacked the victim in their shared home when the latter was celebrating his birthday with a threesome, Huffington Post reports.
While the s*x was ongoing, Narcisso kicked down his roommate's door to complain about the sexual noises coming out of the room.
The roommate ordered the suspect to leave the room but instead the latter allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the alleged victim numerous times in the head, back and hands.
Narcisso was reportedly identified by the girls and has now been charged for the crime.

Man jailed for phoning and texting his ex-girlfriend 21,807 times
The unnamed defendant admitted with hindsight that his actions 'were stupid'.
According to Mailonline,the defendant, who comes from Rhone in southern France, had already accepted responsibility for the barrage of phone calls and text messages over a 10-month period, and had accepted an earlier demand to cease contact with his ex.
It was only when she finally said thank you, during a meeting organised by a mediator, that the harassment stopped. He has not contacted her since.
'I tell myself, with hindsight, that it was stupid,' he told the court on Thursday.He was given a 10-month sentence, six months of which was suspended, and a 1,000-euro (£800) fine.
He will also have to undergo psychiatric treatment and is barred from all contactwith the woman he harassed

A guard wakes you up; you eat. You stay in your cell most of the time, basically 24 hours a day. Maybe on Mondays you go to the roof inside of a cage and have a phone call. It's isolation. You have time to focus on what matters, on what to do and what not to do.My maturity level has risen as far as my realizing what's important. Realizing that I'm human like everyone else. At the end of the day, it's just a humbling experience. You're more appreciative of everything else that's on the outside. A burger tastes 1,000 times better when you're out (Laughs.) I'm just more appreciative of the things I'm blessed with and the things I do: music, being able to take care of my family, being able to see my friends and family. And do what I love and still be able to do it in a timely fashion to where people don't think, "Oh well, he fell off." Still being able to be consistent.
On what he missed while in Jail
"I just missed my family. At the end of the day, music is definitely a passion. But when you're dealing with your own personal issues, family is first. I just dealt with that. I missed my dad and mom, all my cousins ... seeing people's faces and smiles ... seeing people who were just encouraging and positive.
When asked if there will be a day his relationship with Rihanna won't be brought up..
When we're not relevant anymore, that might be the case. As long as you're doing something good, people will always bring up old stuff or negative stuff because they don't want you to surpass a certain level or elevate. But as long as you have your head on straight, it shouldn't matter what people want to say.
