Iggy Azalea’s ex-boyfriend claims ownership of alleged sex tape

Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend and former manager claims she indirectly gave him permission to release their sex tape

Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend and former manager, Hefe Wine, claims she indirectly gave him permission to release and market their alleged sex tape in a lengthy contract she signed in 2009.

Iggy Azalea's ex-boyfriend claims she indirectly gave him permission to release and market their alleged sex tape.

Hefe Wine, who also previously managed the 'Fancy' hit-maker, says she signed a contract in 2009 giving him the exclusive rights to 'manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images.'

The Australian rapper, 24, reportedly signed the legal document to make records and music videos, but Wine believes he has the rights to sell the explicit footage, which Iggy previously denied exists, if he adds music to the X-rated video.

According to the lengthy contract, obtained by gossip website, TMZ.com, Wine also has the legal right to create, host and maintain a website to market Iggy's work, so he believes he can create a website to host the sex tape.

Vivid Entertainment boss, Steven Hirsch, is eager to obtain the tape and is said to have offered Wine a seven-figure deal, as he thinks it could be even more popular than the sex tape that helped make Kim Kardashian famous.

But Iggy – real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly – previously insisted on Twitter that the tape doesn't even exist.

Last Thursday, September 11, 2014, she tweeted: 'Obviously I've seen the news feed today and I just want to say I don't have a sex tape.'

Iggy added: 'We should want to protect our women and I really hope that America will follow Europe and their laws to better protect peoples privacy and fundamental rights [sic].

'And on that note, I'm off to get a manicure peaaaaaaceeeeeee outttttt *drops the mic* (sic).'
