Well..technically he did....Rihanna has often been spotted with the heart necklace as seen in the picture above and Chris Brown choose the week his album drops to rock the same necklace..
That got people asking if he is subtly sending a message to her or just looking for attention and get people talking about him to boost album sales..It may also be a necklace they bought together while dating..Some sites claim it means they are seeing on the low...
I think he is still trying to ride off her fame.Without Rihanna's name in the mix, there is nothing to talk about when it comes to him
