The Chairman of Ikeja chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Barr. Monday Onyekachi Ubani has said the Aviation Minister who is currently embroiled in N255m armored BMW car scandal deserves
not only to be relieved of her job but also to be adequately prosecuted.
Ubani, while speaking on Wednesday, urged relevant anti-graft agency in charge of fighting corruption to ensure justice.
The lawyer said given the loads of evidence, the circumstance of initiation of the scandalous purchase, lack of budgetary approval of purchase and inflation of cost of the two cars, Mrs. Stella Oduah should be sent to jail.
Ubani added that Stella Oduah has no good reason to have travelled to Israel during the time she should be facing trial and urged the government to pursue the matter to a conclusive end.
