This seems to be the case with a Chinese woman who, despite
having undergone plastic surgery, ended up giving birth to an
'ugly baby'.
The woman's husband, Jian Feng was so angered to discover
that the baby's 'ugly look' was from the mother's 'ugly
genes'.
He returned the wife and took the matter to court where he
was awarded $120,000!!
The basis of this court case, false advertisement. Turns out the
wife had not disclosed to him that she had spent a fortune to
enhance her looks.
Turns out physical beauty is only skin deep!
