Canadian rapper Drake (Aubrey Graham) has been sued by a Jazz musician for plagiarism of his old song and lying on his last album.
Reports state that the Jazz musician said that Drake said he paid to get the permission to use the lyrics.
Entertainment blog Necolebitchie.com reports that the song in question is "Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2".
"The song begins with a 35 second monologue from a 1982 song "Jimmy Smith Rap" recorded by jazz musician Jimmy Smith," the blog wrote. Drake apparently never got permission to use the clip.
