Governors Fashola, Fayemi attend Segun Ogunro Snr’s burial

Governor Babatunde Fashola and his Ekiti State counterpart Kayode Fayemi led the list of dignitaries that attended the final burial service of Segun Ogunro Snr., father of video director Sesan Ogunro and On Air Personality (OAP) Fade Ogunro today, January 10, 2014.

On Thursday, January 9, 2014, a Service of Songs was held at the family's residence in Ogudu GRA, Lagos State. It had in attendance family, friends, associates and colleagues of both the deceased and his children. In attendance were Fuji icon KWAM 1, D'banj and other celebrities.

The funeral service was held this morning at the International Church of Christ, Ogudu G.R.A and the body was interned at Vault and Garden, Ikoyi with the Governors, Dele Momodu, Tiwa Savage, Dr SID also present. Reception followed at 'The Haven' event centre G.R.A Ikeja.

'It is a moving Good Bye for the great man, Sesan Ogunro', Dele Momodu also wrote on the micro-blogging site.

Segun Ogunro, an advertising practitioner was shot dead by unknown assailants two days to Christmas as he was coming back from a 'Xmas Carol' with his family.
