Challenge is set to take the world of football entertainment
and rivalry to a new level, as she seeks to further bridge the
gap between football and show biz.
Her show has seen the likes of celebrities like 9ice, Ruggedman, Gbenga Adeyinka, TA, etc go at each other in the name of football rivalry; for example, Ruggedman, a fan of Manchester United, called Arsenal fans area-boys on the
show, which prompted comedian Gbenga Adeyinka- an
Arsenal fan to hit back at Ruggedman the following week- challenging him to a one million Naira bet on Manchester United's chances of winning the English Premier league this season.
9ice, a fan of Chelsea FC, also hit at Arsenal fans on the
show, claiming that anyone over 18 years of age that supports
Arsenal has no priorities. He also hit at Manchester United,
calling the club racist.
Kiibati has come up with a clever concept that will enable
these celebrities go up against each other, face-to-face in
defense of their favorite clubs. It is called Celebrity Superfan
Challenge and will hold monthly. The first version of this showdown comes up next week Saturdayat DeVogue, Opebi road, Ikeja
