Mariam Mohammed Launches Maktoub Magazine In Abuja


On Thursday 16th January, 2014, Maktoub Magazine, a Business & Lifestyle publication set to be one of Nigeria's finest initiatives towards bringing on a global pedestal the rich and strong heritage of the Nigerian people was launched to a distinguished audience at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.

At the event, the respected publisher Mariam Mohammed pulled together a crowd of distinguished personalities including the Central Bank Deputy Governor Alhaji Suleiman Barau; MD of Access Bank Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, MD of Nigerian Minting & Printing Alhaji Ahmad Bamali, Theo Nicol, Deputy Minister of Information, Sierra Leone, Director General of NAFDAC Paul Orhi and the Executive Commissioner Legal and Enforcement Security and Exchange Commission Mrs Sa'adatu Mohammed Bello.


The Magazine's maiden edition hit the newsstands of mega-cities: Lagos, United Arab Emirates, Abuja and Qatar in 2013. It contains a rich blend of lifestyle features and articles as well as the latest news and analysis relating to banking, finance, business development and technology.
