(WATCH) OMG! 2-year-old girl caught on camera smoking a cigarette
A little girl said to be between 2-3 years was caught on
camera smoking cigarettes, puffing smoke like an adult
would do.
The video is reported to have originated from Finland and
has caused public outrage, although it has been suspected
that the little girl was smoking e-cigarettes .
