AGN: Clarion Chukwura condemns Ibinabo Fiberesima’s tenure

Clarion Chukwura has rated Ibinabo Fiberisima's administration poorly

Trouble seems to be lurking in the Actor's Guild of Nigeria as veteran actress, Clarion Chukwura, has condemned the guild's president, Ibinabo Fiberisima, rating her administration zero.

In a chat with our correspondent, 49-year-old Chukwura expressed disappointment at the state of the guild, describing the present administration as corrupt and lacking vision.

'I would rate her zero because nothing tangible has been achieved on the issue of welfare and working conditions of the actors. It is commendable that she secured an appointment to see the President on behalf of the guild but the opportunity was sacrificed on the altar of self interest and myopic objectives which has for a while now heightened the self interests and corruption practiced in the state chapter levels,' she said.

Meanwhile, the General Secretary of the guild, Abubakar Yakubu, has reacted to Chukwura's allegations, blaming it on her ignorance. According to him, most of the things complained about are already in Fiberisima's plans.

'She's been too far from the guild, that is why she still complained about the things she did because the president and her team are working on most of them,' Yakubu told NET.

The 47 year old veteran & one of Nollywood's most beautiful actresses..opened up to the Sun on her kind of man...

"I am attracted to God fearing and good looking men. I don't like fat men. I love tall dark and slim men.I don't like deceitful and uncaring men. I could die for a very caring man. I'm a very romantic person so I love romantic men; I love surprise gifts. As a young girl growing up I read a lot of Mills & Boom. I like my man to surprise me with gifts; it sweeps me off my feet. I don't like men that wait for you to ask before they give. I like men that are in control and know what to do. But I notice that with most men, if you don't ask you don't get."

Is Rihanna moving in with Drake?

Rihanna has definitely moved on from her weird relationship with Chris Brown, it seems, as sources say she reportedly has high hopes to move in with her new found intimate friend Drake.

The 26-year-old Bajan singer and the 27-year-old Canadian rapper have, in recent weeks, been inseparable since they started seeing other exclusively. Now, sources say the love birds could be considering living together.

Speaking with Hollywoodlife.com, a source close  to Rihanna  said, 'She would love to maybe one day soon see if they can co–exist together and try the whole living with each other thing.'

'But she's not trying to force anything. She wants it to unfold and to let him take control of that. It would be something that's new and fresh and something she would like to give a shot but he's got to be on board. They have scrambled with the idea but haven't really come to a conclusion. It is all just a matter of time. There is no rush because time is on their side,' the source added

Report also has it that Rihanna has been telling her friends that Drake treats her beyond well and that she's incredibly happy in their relationship.

"Honestly, I am not a rich man, but I am comfortable, satisfied and happy".

On  the secret of your successful  life

It is simple, all you need is patience, humility, staying focused and most importantly, having the fear of God. It is only God that can give a man success. I have been in this industry for about 25- 26 years, but look at when my time to shine came. You cannot get to the top all of a sudden. The rhythm of life is step by step, stage by stage and from simple to complex.

If you do not follow this rule of life, you become irrelevant. God blesses what he finds in your hand. People should always learn to appreciate what is in their hands, never be satisfied with what you have achieved now, because the degree of work and quality of value you add to the society makes you an individual.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who is Facebook Inc.'s chief executive officer and also the 22nd richest person in the world as ranked by the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, was paid $1 in salary for 2013, according to a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

According to documents lodged with the US Securities and Exchange Commission this week, Facebook's executive directors earned less in 2013 than in the year of the flotation, with multi-billionaire Zuckerberg earning just $1 after waiving both his salary and cash bonus.

The 29-year-old entrepreneur is following in the footsteps of Apple's Steve Jobs, and Google's Larry Page and Sergey Brin, by claiming only a nominal salary

Zuckerberg has, in the past, collected a decent salary, earning $503,205 in 2012. He also made $653,165 last year versus $1.99 million in 2012. The money went largely to fund private planes and his security program, according to the filing.

The 29 year-old Zuckerberg's wealth is estimated at $27 billion.

He also owns 61.6% of voting power in the company, giving him carte blanche to forge ahead with deals like the $19 billion pending WhatsApp acquisition and last week's $2 billion proposed takeover of Oculus.

10 Nigerians hospitalized following gang attack in South Africa—President

10 Nigerians are now hospitalized while 25 shops owned by Nigerians have been looted following attacks by organized gangs in South Africa.

The President of the Nigerian Union in South Africa, Mr Ikechukwu Anyene, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on phone from Pretoria on Friday that the attack began last week in Johannesburg and later spread to Pretoria this week.

He said commercial taxi drivers, led the attack against Nigerians in Pretoria while unknown gangs attacked Nigerians in Johannesburg.

Anyene said one Nigerian in hospital was still in coma when officials of the Union and the Nigerian high commission in South Africa visited the injured in hospitals.

'' Officials of Nigerian mission in South Africa and Union officers went round today to assess the extent of damage done to business centres and shops owned by Nigerians.

'' In Pretoria, 25 shops belonging to Nigerians were attacked and looted by the gang. 10 Nigerians are now receiving treatment in some hospitals while one of them is still in coma,'' he said.

Anyene said the gang alleged that Nigerians were selling drugs to South Africans and used the opportunity to attack and loot their shops.

'' We have reported the incident to the police in the central business district of Pretoria, where the bulk of the attacks took place.

'' The South African police have made entry on our report and pledged to investigate the attacks.

'' We have also appealed to our people (Nigerians) to be calm and law abiding because the Union and the Nigerian mission were handling the situation.

'' As we speak, we have not recorded any attack today, April 4, and everywhere is calm,'' Anyene said.
The President said the Nigerian mission in South Africa has also pledged to take up the matter with South African authorities.

Mr Ogbole Ode spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told NAN that Abuja had yet to any official communication on the incident by the Nigeria's High Commission in Pretiria or Consulate General in Johanesburg.

NAN recalls that last month Nigeria protested then brutal assault of a Nigerian man by the South African police on camera which went viral on social media.

‘Heaven just gained a beautiful angel’ – Read Toni Payne’s tribute to Zara

As I look through the years, the life that you lived

I know you are smiling because through your music you live

No sickness could take that from you

No disability would dare

As we do our best to remember you as you were

The memories you gave, the love you shared

No more tears, that's not what you would want

I take solace in knowing you are home

I cry no more becuase I accept

Heaven couldn't wait for this beautiful angel

We celebrate your life, a vibrant one it was

A singer, a dancer, a free spirit,

Full of life, yes you were

I choose to remember you as you were

I know you would have wanted nothing less

And take solace in knowing and accepting

Heaven just gained a beautiful Angel

Vivacious, playful, cheerful and free

Those are some of the words that come to me

When I think of you and the times we shared

We would be here all day if we tried to compare

Words to a soul as unique as yours

How can I fully describe you with mere words?

The pain is over, uncertainty no more

Dancing in heaven, as free as can be

We that are left should take solace in knowing

Heaven just gained a beautiful Angel

Beyonce sued by angry fans

After the raving success of the Mrs Carter World Tour, which lasted for close to a year, Beyonce is facing lawsuits from two angry Chicago fans.

Raquel Castellanos and Gabriella Davidson are suing the singer as a result of events that occurred during her show in Chicago on Friday, December 13, 2013, at the United Centre.

6 Signs You Are Dating a Player

Being in a relationship with a man who is committed enough to respect you and is really serious about you is beautiful. But sometimes, the man you are with may be just a player who doesn't want anything serious and who is simply looking for some fun. How could you tell if the man you are with is decent and serious or is a player? Check out some signs that you're dating a player.

1. He doesn't introduce you as his girlfriend

Your boyfriend never talks about close friends, his family, or relatives, and always changes the subject when you ask him something about it. When you ask him to introduce you to his friends or family, he either often makes up a strange excuse why it's not immediately possible or keeps on postponing.

2. He doesn't answer your calls

Every time when you call him up, he always finds some excuse not to answer it. He is always busy and has something to do so he can't receive your calls. But the truth is that he may be avoiding you. This is a sure sign that he is a player and you are not important to him.

3. He doesn't have time to spend with you

When you ask him to spend time with you on a certain day, he is always not available. He is either having some engagement or too busy with work and he can't be with you, especially on weekends and on major holidays. He is a player and these days he goes out hunting for a new playmate!

4. You never know where he is

This is another sure sign you are dating a player. You always get unclear answers like an "important project" or "meeting", but that's about it. His whereabouts is always unclear and you can't tell where he is at any given point in time.

5. He drinks a lot when he is with you

If you and your boyfriend always go to some night club or pub where drinking is involved, and he always drink a lot and ask you to do the same, stay away from him, because he is a player!

6. He never shares his phone number with you

You don't have his phone number and you are not able to reach your boyfriend whenever you want. When you ask him for his phone number, he always tries explaining to you why he can't give you. Even if your boyfriend gives you his number, you find that it's either not reachable or out of service. He never gives you a stable number where you can reach him.

If you notice any of these signs in the man whom you are currently dating, think again. If your boyfriend is a player, he isn't serious about you and you just waste your time. Are you dating a player? If yes, what are you going to do? Share your thoughts, please!

"I'll Give Marriage Another Shot, But not Now." -- Chika Ike

In a recent interview with Punch, actress Chika Ike said her divorce is in her past and plans to marry again but not immediately.
"I don't want to talk about the divorce because it is already in the past and I have since moved on. I am still open to marriage and I might give it a second shot because I believe in love. For now, I am most concerned with my own happiness" she said.
The UN ambassador also spoke on the increased rate of failed marriages in Nollywood
"Celebrities also make mistakes. I don't think they have a bad time combining their successful careers and managing the home front or their marriages on the side".
She also addressed the notion of men being intimidated by single celebrity women
"All the talk about some men being afraid to walk up to a female celebrity and ask her out does not make sense to me. Any man that cannot walk up to me and toast me is not man enough. I don't have a long list or criteria for my ideal man. All I want is that he must make me happy." Chika said

8 Important Things to Know When Dating a Player

Dating a player is a huge challenge and it's not every woman's dream. But sometimes a woman falls in love so quickly and strongly that she doesn't want to realize that she is dating a player. If you realize that you are dating with a player, but don't want to break up with him, here are a few important things to know when dating a player. Dating a player can be quite dangerous and can even lead to a heartbreak. Remember it.

1.Insincere conversations

Normal relationship usually consists of sincere and trusting talks and frank treatment. It's wonderful when you can share common goals, plans, dreams and when we are curious about the past. The player isn't the one who is really interested in all these points. Your talks usually contain superficial information.

2.Cancellations all the time

Do you often get calls or messages that your date is going to be cancelled again? Moreover, it happens at the last moment and always makes you feel despondent. It indicates a lack of respect and he doesn't really value your time and intentions. If you have the same thing, it's a direct signal for you to take measures.

3.Constant weeknight dates

If to think logically, the best and the most suitable time for dating is a Friday or a Saturday evening, but you are invited on weeknights only. Do you really know what is he doing all these time? Maybe he has a family or another girlfriend?

4.Tardy lust

A player usually calls and texts at night, leading dirty and lascivious talks and chats. If you look for serious and healthy relationship, you'd better forget him or be careful with this randy night warrior. It's hard to break up with him, but you deserve a better man, trust me.

5.Invisible friends

You are fed up with stories about his invisible friends? Have you ever seen them? Players never introduce a girl to their family and closest friends and I hope you know the reason why… This sign is the most meaningful signal. Just throw a small party and ask your boyfriend to invite his friends, and you'll see he is a real player.

6.Social network signals

Social network is a wonderful thing that allows you to collect one's personal information. Nowadays it's not necessary to be a detective, because social media can show you his friends, especially opposite sex ones. Moreover, you can even notice some provocative comments.

7.Sweet lies

They say that liars need a good memory. Even professional and charismatic players usually become tangled in their own lies. Telling lies is not the best way to hide something. When you are in love with him, you might not notice his sweet lies. But can you imagine building a strong, happy family with him? Consider this important thing before continue with the dating.

8.The buddy circle

You can make a quick conclusion about the person, by just investigating the circle of his direct and indirect contacts. If your boyfriend invites his friends to your party, pay attention to the way his friends behave and treat him and you. This is a good way to find out many interesting and secret things about your lover.

Dating a player is not a catastrophe at all. Someone finds it amusing while others suffer from constant games with emotions. If you seek for strong, lasting and serious relationship, dating with a player isn't acceptable at all, because it's a high way to damage your self-esteem and make you suffer from constant heartbreaks. Have you ever dated a player?

Chris Brown flown to DC with other prisoners in Con Air

Chris Brown's legal team's last ditch effort to transport him personally to Washington D.C. for his misdemeanor assault trial has been denied and Chris is headed to D.C. on Con Air...a prisoner aircraft...with other criminals

TMZ reports...
Chris Brown has just been picked up by federal marshals on what will be one of the longest journeys across the country since the prop plane era ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the case tell us Chris is on his way to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington D.C. where he will stand trial for assault.
Later today Chris will board a airplane -- guarded by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained -- but the flight is NOT a non-stop. In fact, we're told there are so many stops he probably won't get there until Sunday. Continue...
We're told all of these flights go through Oklahoma, with stops along the way to pick up other prisoners.

Chris will be in D.C. for a hearing Monday where his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the charges dismissed because he believes prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case.

Now here's the thing. If Geragos loses, Chris will sit in a D.C. jail facility until his D.C. trial kicks off on April 17.

14-Yr-Old Girl Rescued From Forced Marriage Arranged By Her Parents

A 14-year old girl from Niger Republic has been rescued after she was forcefully married to a Bureau de Change operator in Yaba area of Lagos, southwest Nigeria.

The girl (name withheld) was forcefully married to 25-year old Bashiru Yaya also from Niger Republic on 29 December, 2013 while the girl was still in Senior Secondary I at Ansarudden Academy at Randle area of Surulere.

She was married out to be the second wife of Yaya despite the fact that she is a minor and had the ambition of becoming a medical doctor.

The girl's parents, Mr Hamidu and Mrs Abibat Ahmed were said to have taken the girl away from school while in SS I and married her out to Yaya after he allegedly paid 300,000 Cefas, which is equivalent to N100,000 to them.

Officials of the Office of Youth and Social Development, Lagos State Government, got wind of it after the girl managed to smuggle a written letter to the office narrating how she was forced into marriage and her willingness to go back to school.

The government officials went to her house at 57, Little Road, Yaba, to rescue her and later arrested Yaya and the girl's parents.

The girl was taken into custody of the state government and her husband was detained temporarily at the Taskforce office, Alausa before they were released later.

In the handwritten letter of the girl, she made it known that she was never interested in the marriage, but that it was her mother, Abibat who spearheaded the whole arrangement against her wish.

"I was in SS I when I was forced into marriage, a marriage I never wanted and I am 14-years old.

Never in my life have I thought of marriage when I was in school, although my father never accepted this marriage. It was my mum.

My dad wanted me to become someone in life for me to be able to help the family the way he is doing.

Before this entire marriage proposal started, they asked my dad about it but he said he did not want to give out his daughter in marriage until she finished schooling.

The marriage took place on 29 December, 2013. I never loved the man and my mum knew about this all along but she refused and I am the man's second wife," she explained in her letter.

According to her, when she was in school, somebody closed to her introduced her to the Social Welfare Department of the Office of Youth and Social Development, which came to her rescue.

"I knew I should have found solution to this at the beginning, I thought of running away but I asked myself, would running away solve this?" she said, noting she decided not to run away but to look for other solution.

Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth and Social Development, Dr Dolapo Badru said the girl had the ambition of becoming a medical doctor before they married her out to a man who already had a wife.

"They stopped her from going to school and she sneaked out and we were able to rescue her.

When we brought them here to my office, we asked the mother questions and she could not say anything.

The girl implicated the mother in her petition. Her husband has disvirgined her," he said.

Badru said the Child Rights law of the state government is against minor being married out and that such act attract punishment according to the law, saying that government would ensure that the future of the girl is secure.

It was gathered that the girl said while she did not want to remain in the marriage and wanted to go to school, she did not want any of her family members jailed by the police over the issue.

As they were taken to the taskforce office, the little girl, thinking that they wanted to detain her parents was said to have changed her story, saying that she loved Yaya and wanted the marriage, only that she wanted to complete her education first contrary to the letter she wrote.

Vybz Kartel Jamaican Dancehall Star Sentenced To Life In Prison For Murder

The Jamaican dancehall star has been sentenced to life in prison, with no chance of parole until he serves 35 years.

In mid-March, Vybz (born Adidja Azim Palmer), was found guilty in the August 2011 murder of promoter Clive "Lizard" Williams.

The 38-year-old has remained behind bars for almost three years while awaiting trial, and after 65 days in court, a jury eventually voted 10-1 to convict Kartel and three other men on guilty charges. Prosecutors set out to prove that Williams was beaten to death in Kartel's home, over two missing guns.

On Thursday (April 3) The Jamaica Gleaner reported that Vybz, Shawn 'Shawn Storm' Campbell, Kahira Jones and Andre St. John were all sentenced to life in prison, with varying levels of eligibility for parole.

Both Campbell and Jones are eligible for parole in 25 years, while St. John will have to serve 30, and Vybz 35.

The defense still plans to appeal the verdict and Vybz Kartel's lawyer, Tom Tavares-Finson, is specifically questioning the trial judge's decision to allow certain phone evidence to be used in court.

According to Tavares-Finson, Jamaica's Director of Public Prosecutions has commissioned an inquiry into the conduct of police investigators involved in the case. "I am of the opinion that the department cannot investigate itself and any such investigation should be done by the Independent Commission of Investigations," Tavares-Finson told The Gleaner.

You Won’t Believe How Marijuana Killed This Guy

A college student visiting Colorado for spring break fell to his death after eating marijuana cookies in what's believed to be the first publicized fatality linked to pot since its legalized sale in January.

Levy Thamba, a 19-year-old exchange student at Northwest College in Powell, Wyo., had just eaten the pot-laced treats with friends last month when he became "very agitated and upset" and ran off a fourth floor hotel balcony, according to the Denver Coroner's Office.

Three of Thamba's friends, who said it was the first time any of them had consumed marijuana, said one of them had purchased the cookies from a legal supplier. At least one of them is 21. "The kids took this cookie, one of them took a bite and then got kind of sick," Chief Deputy Coroner Michelle Weiss-Samaras said. "The other two obviously didn't have a problem and then this one became very agitated and upset and didn't do well."

"He got up and just started running and hits the railing," Weiss-Samaras described the autopsy report's findings. "I'm not really sure that he knew what was going on … the kids were pretty traumatized." The teen's autopsy found him having 7.2 nanograms of active THC per milliliter of blood. The state law in impaired driving cases sets a standard of 5 nanograms per milliliter.

Toxicology tests for other drugs or alcohol also came back negative and Thamba didn't have any known physical or mental-health issues, according to Weiss-Samaras. The official cause of death for Thamba, who's originally from the Republic of Congo, includes "marijuana intoxication."

"It's very sad. Obviously nobody knows how your body's going to act," Weiss-Samaras said of someone trying marijuana for the first time. With the Denver Coroner's Office overseeing 64 counties, Weiss-Samaras couldn't definitely say that Thamba's death was the first related to marijuana consumption since January.

To her knowledge Thamba's death is believed to be the first.

9 Top Reasons Ladies Love Bad Boys?

What is it about guys who are just a little apart from the mainstream that makes them so desirable? While a guy who plays by the rules often succeeds, the rules of love and attraction are frequently much different than those of climbing up the corporate ladder.
Look at a couple where he has a hint of danger and you will see many reasons why she is with him. Some of these reasons are all about him, but most of the time they are really all about her. When a woman loves a bad boy, something more than his attitude drove her there. And usually it was already inside her.

1. The Thrill

Dating a man who stands apart from the norm is known to deliver a heightened level of excitement. Perhaps he slightly ignores you and makes you work harder for attention – the thrill of finally getting him alone and to yourself can be an overwhelming rush. Maybe he is a little confrontational with people, and perhaps gets into altercations. That can make you feel even more special when he is affectionate toward you. It all gets your adrenaline pumping and your heart racing. The badder he is, the more stimulating the intimacy becomes.

2. A Cure for Boredom

A girl who has a succession of boring dates will more easily follow a guy whose very presence in her life charges things up. If she is getting out of a long-term relationship that stuck to a simple pattern, she is an unwitting foil for the charms of a guy whose whims will take her out of the traditional routine for good.

3. Filling the Emptiness

If your life has become a repetitive series of cell phone conversations about trips to the mall, an interesting guy who stands apart from the crowd can fill the emptiness in a hurry. The downside is that your world can suddenly look mighty small when you are in the arms of a man who doesn't operate by society's chosen standards. When everything you represent fails to impress him, all of your values could disintegrate. For such a reassessment of one's existence to occur in a short period of time with one guy, indicates that you are not living your own life's potential. Your bad boy is able to enter and rock your world because there is a space inside you that is open to anything.

4. Reflected Glory

Does his unconventional appearance cause people to stare at you two? Does his nonconformity have the potency of an aura? All of this attention is bouncing back onto the people closest to him. The taste of this reflected glory can be like a powerful drink or drug. You may quickly get addicted to the limelight he provides. When you walk into a room and the people react to his presence, it may become impossible for you to wander more than a few feet away from him.

5. Danger is an Aphrodisiac

If your man has his own way of doing things it could bring about situations that are tense and dangerous. While we all have a built-in fear response, being around this element can make you slightly used to extreme situations. The danger of everyday life can become a turn-on. While someone putting you in harm's way should be something from which you need to be protected, you could grow accustomed to the danger a bad boy creates and embraces.
The excitement of it all could make you feel more alive, but you might be growing blind to the actual danger you are facing more regularly. Your bad boy could be your lover, but he is not necessarily your protector.

6. Rebelling Against Family or Upbringing

Dating a bad boy is announcing that you make your own choices in life. The need to make such a defiant statement may be based in having a strict upbringing. A need to rebel could be manifested in your relationship with a bad boy. When you embrace a taboo relationship, you are telling the world that everything up until this point in your life is worth sacrificing in order to be your own woman. In this regard, your bad boy may really be just a prop. As bad as he is, he might have a heart of gold and your using him as an assertion of your independence could carry consequences far beyond what you imagine your conservative family and friends have waiting in store for you.

7. Fear of Real Intimacy

Your need for a man who lives by his own rules might be a way for you to maintain an avoidance of really confronting your emotions on an intimate level. If your bad boy is a drug user or heavy boozer, his stunted emotional development may ensure that he never delves deep into your psyche. And if he were to clean up his act, it would be grounds for you to look elsewhere, again running from a true emotional bond. Maybe your bad boy has a criminal side and is in and out of jail. You can assure yourself of never risking intimacy when your bad boy is locked up away from you.

8. Trying To Top Your Friends

If you have friends who are marrying successful men, the bar might be raised quite high in your social circle. If you were dating a car mechanic and your best girlfriend is engaged to a doctor, you might look like a real loser in the eyes of a certain clique, no matter how deep your love for Mister Transmission Repair goes. But if you are suddenly dating a bad boy, the hierarchy is turned over. Now your girlfriends will be seen as marrying members of the drab establishment while you are living on the edge, high above them all. What fantastic revenge … unless of course you fall.

9. Drama Addict

All of the above scenarios carry a common thread no matter what mold your bad boy springs from: your love of drama is necessary for the bad boy to turn you on properly to maintain your wild affair. A love of drama in your life attracts you to bad boys in order for others to see you as larger than life, and to leave them all in their boredom while you have a more interesting existence than they could ever imagine.

April Fool’s Prank Lands Woman In Police Cell

A mom is accused of playing an April fool's joke that got out of hand very quickly.

Angela Timmons, 54, an employee at Virginia College in Greenville, S.C. allegedly sent her daughter a text that said, "could hear gun shots being fired inside the school."

A sheriff's deputies report obtained and posted by The Smoking Gun said that when Timmons' daughter got the text, she called 911.

MyFox Philly has audio (which can be heard above) of the call.

"My mother works at Virginia College and she just called me saying that they're hiding in a file cabinet office because there are gunshots on campus," April Timmons told the dispatcher.

Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright said he was not amused.

"I'm not very happy about this. I don't mind letting you know about it," Wright told WYFF. "That is not a good April Fool's joke. We got deputies that drove very quickly to get over here, without regard for their own life. They go into that school expecting the worst. It just wasn't funny."

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon didn’t sleep together until their wedding night

The 'Hero' singer – who has two-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe- made her spouse 'wait' until they tied the knot in the Bahamas in April 2008, to consumate their relationship.

Asked when they first slept together, Nick said: 'On our wedding night, honeymoon style, in the Bahamas. That's a real woman there, make you wait, till you got married. Seriously, 100 per cent.

'We didn't [know if it would be good]. The first time I made love to my wife was on our wedding night. I'm a pleaser, I went in like, 'Man, she's gonna love this'. I f**ked the s**t out of her.'

The 33-year-old star is still amazed he got together with his 'celebrity crush' and thinks his determination to land a date with her won out.

Speaking to Big Boy on hip hop radio station Power 106, he said: 'I spoke it into existence, I went hard at it, People would ask, 'Who's your celebrity crush?' 'Mariah Carey'. I'm gonna show up at concerts, be backstage. Persisting. There's a fine line between stalking and persisting.'

The 'America's Got Talent' host also revealed some other famous names he had slept with – and joked he didn't think Kim Kardashian would remember their encounter.

He said: 'It's LA! That's the whole purpose, you have sex with actresses, singers, models…

'Name five? Mariah Carey, Christina Milian, Nicole Scherzinger, Selita Ebanks, erm… Oh, Kim Kardashian! Bam! Five. I bet she's forgot because there's been a lot of people since me. She's a great girl though! Her family are some of the most incredible people I ever met in my life.'

Ekiti 2014: Fayose, Adeyeye publicly unite, call for unity in PDP

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr Ayodele Fayose, and one of the leading governorship aspirants of the party, Prince Adedayo Adeyeye, on Thursday, publicly announced their unity in their party's bid to defeat Governor Kayode Fayemi of the  All Progressives Congress (APC) in the June 21 election.

Fayose, who described Adeyeye as "a formidable figure in the PDP, who cannot be ignored," while speaking at the reconciliatory meeting, appealed to President Goodluck Jonathan to appoint Adeyeye as a member of the Federal Executive Council to replace Navy Captain Caleb Olubolade, who resigned recently to contest the party's governorship ticket.

At the meeting, which saw the coming together of the two major groups in Ekiti PDP, they pledged to  unite for the sake of the PDP in the election and promised to join forces to "dislodge the APC from power in the state for the sake of Ekiti and the Ekiti people."

At at meeting held at the secretariat of the Prince Adedayo  Adeyeye Movement (PAAM) in Ado Ekiti, tens of members of PAAM and those of the Ayo Fayose Campaign Organisation and many other members of the party witnessed the formal reconciliation.

Fayose said on the occasion that he was not seeking re-election as the governor of the state to scheme vengeance against anybody, saying among other things, the major task would be to unite all members of the party and the state at large if elected governor.

He said, "I am not coming to Ekiti to be vindictive. I think it would mean I don't know what I am doing if I should return to Ekiti Government House after seven years and start running after anybody.

"I want to plead with all the aggrieved aspirants to bury the hatchet and work for the party's success in the forthcoming election, saying "I promise not to betray anybody in the PDP, including Adeyeye.

"I also want to plead with our supporters to refrain from fanning the embers of discord. Let us be united and ensure that we win this election. This is a great task we have to achieve," Fayose said.

Speaking about his  resolve to remain in the PDP despite his loss at the primaries,  Adeyeye said "nobody can be more aggrieved than me among the aspirants on the conduct of the primaries. But as a party man, I have to forget the past and work for the emergence of our candidate at the poll.

"I was one of the aspirants who fought vigorously for zoning of the governorship to the South, but the authorities, I mean the powers that be, didn't see it that way.

"But despite this, I promised that I will not join any other party because I believe if we come together and win the election, everybody will be brought on board. So to me, there is no victor, no vanquished."

CNPP charges candidates to stick to issue-based campaigns

Ekiti State chapter of the Conference of Nigerian Political Parties (CNPP) has warned candidates of political parties in the June 21, 2014 governorship election in the state to stick to issues in their bid to win the support of the electorate ahead the election.

The conference, in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, on Thursday, also asked the candidates to warn their supporters against violence during campaigns, saying "no one should constitute himself as a threat to the existing peace in the state."

In the statement signed by the chairman of the state chapter of the CNPP, Prince Tunji Ogunlola, it noted what he said was "a recurring trend in the campaigns of one of the candidates for the election who has been coming up with unfounded allegations in a bid to cause disaffection in the state" and said "such unfounded allegations will not do anyone any good but to put the state on the edge."

According to Ogunlola, "allegation that the state government has received N400 billion in the last three years by the candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Opeyemi Bamidele, will not serve anybody's interest but to cause disaffection within the polity."

It maintained that from its investigation into the finances of the state, the allocation so far received was not anything near the N400 billion claimed by the LP candidate, adding that it was convinced that the state government had been very prudent with the available resources.

The conference stressed that the next governor of the state must possess good qualities, including sound education that could drive development in the state, saying the state would not vote for a violent person who could affect the existing peace in the state.

It added that anyone aspiring to be the governor must be able to continue with the good work going on in the state,  saying the state would not want a governor that would turned back the wheel of progress going on in the state.

It, however, commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on the recently- concluded continuous voters registration exercise, saying it was satisfied with the conduct of the exercise.

It appealed to INEC to ensure that the coming governorship election in the state was not only free and fair but violent-free to ensure that the votes of the electorate counted in the election.

The conference added that the integrity of the INEC chairman, Professor Attahiru Muhammadu Jega, would be at stake in the election, saying the governorship election would be a signpost to the 2015 general election in the country.

'We succeed because we respect traditional institution'

Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, on Thursday, continued his community-to-community campaign ahead of the June 21 governorship election in the state and  said his administration "has been able to attract God's blessings and approval because of its respect for the traditional institution and elders."

Governor Fayemi, while speaking in Ijelu in Oye Local Government Area of the state during his re-election campaign, said "rather than desecrate the traditional institution as was once witnessed in the state, my administration had instead, elevated the social status and the well-being of the traditional rulers through various perks, some of which are the health outreach to palaces and the brand new cars distributed to all of them."

He said: "We are going to win, we are a successful government. We are not chased away on account of electoral fraud or state-sponsored terrorism. We don't lock up traditional rulers in the booth of cars, and we don't treat our elders with disrespect.

"We take care of our elders by giving them social security stipends every month. We also gave brand new cars to our traditional rulers and we are not a government of abandoned projects," the governor said.

Fayemi added that of all the requests presented to his administration by the Ijelu community, the only one yet to be granted was the Ijelu/Itapa Road which had also been incorporated into the 2014 budget and would be done before December.

In Omu, the governor urged all eligible voters in the state who were yet to obtain their permanent voter's card to do so at the INEC office in their respective local government areas.

Addressing a throng of his supporters and admirers in the town, Fayemi said the voter's card remained the greatest weapon with which they could engender the continuation of good governance in the state.

Fayemi, who paid a courtesy call on traditional rulers in all communities visited, noted that his government was able to bring change to all the communities in the state because it never discriminated.

The governor listed the projects executed by his government in Omu to include school renovation, 3.6km Omu/Ilemeso road, Ifon/Abudo/Temidire Street road and the renovation of open market stall.

Ongoing projects in the town include construction of Owajumu's palace, construction of 5km township road and 22.5km Omu/Gede/Ayede road.
Other towns visited by the campaign train included Osin, Itapa, Ilupeju and Ire.

In all towns visited, the people rolled out the drums to welcome the governor with dance and singing.

Those who joined the governor on the campaign train included the Deputy Governor, Professor Dupe Adelabu, Ekiti APC Chairman, Chief Jide Awe, the Director-General of the Kayode Fayemi Campaign Organisation, Hon. Bimbo Daramola, Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Granite Owolabi, commissioners, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Yemi Adaramodu, amongst others.

APC chieftains drum up support for Fayemi

Three All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftains in Ekiti State, Honourable Ade Ajayi, who is a state lawmaker representing Oye Constituency 1 in the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Honourable Tayo Eegunlusi, Secretary of Ifelodun /Irepodun Local Government and Honourable Ibitoye Seun, Secretary of OIjero Local Government have all called on the good people of the state to troop out en masse on the June 21 governorship election in the state and vote for Governor Kayode Fayemi.

According to the three politicians, Governor  Fayemi deserved a second term because he had succeeded in turning the state around for better in terms of provision of social and physical infrastructure, creation of job opportunities for the youth, ensuring of good working relationship among the executive the judiciary as well as the legislative arms of government among others.

While speaking on the recent kick-off campaign rally of Governor Fayemi, Honourables Ajayi, Eegunlusi and Ibitoye expressed their gratitude to all the APC governors that were present as well as all the political leaders of the party, including the large crowd of electorate who came to declare their loyalty and support for Fayemi's re- election.

Photos: Three Pregnant Teens Rescued From A Baby Factory In Ogun

Three teenage pregnant girls were rescued from a 'baby factory' in Adigbe community of Abeokuta, Ogun State. A female operator of the factory was subsequently arrested by the police.

Items recovered from the Abeokuta house at Soas Estate included cowries, a calabash containing black soap, and various white garments.

According to Premium Times, the place was uncovered after one of the captives escaped from the house. Abia State born teenage girl subsequently went around seeking alms from neighbours to enable her return to her state. She also claimed that she had no idea where she was.

The concerned neighbours, after realising the trouble the young woman got into, have immediately alerted the police.

The police raided the house on the night of April 2, 2014, Wednesday, arrested a suspect, identified as Muyibat Yusuf. Two other captives have been rescued.

Meanwhile, on the next day an angry mob, made up of mostly students who live in the neighbourhood, set the house ablaze along with two cars parked within its compound.

However, some of them were later arrested for arson.

According to neighbours, the owner of the mansion lives abroad.

A resident of the area, Tunde George, told the reporters that neighbours had always been suspicious of the house, as its generating set was always on, even when there was electricity supply from the power company.

He alleged hat a busy area in front of the building was used for ritual activities by the occupants of the house.

To strengthen these words, the police revealed that some "fetish materials" were found at the scene of the crime (pictured Up).

It would be noted that the latest discovery occurs less than two weeks after 8 pregnant women were rescued from a similar factory in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State.

It's a sad fact that such sort of criminal activities keep florishing around Nigeria. Thus, Abia State Police Command has liquidated another baby factory in Umuabuwa village, Osisioma Local Government Area of the state.

8 Obvious Signs of an Unhealthy Relationship

Are you looking for signs of an unhealthy relationship? You've got to the right place! We all want well-adjusted and healthy relationships, right? So, let's explore some of the obvious signs of an unhealthy relationship so that you can know if you're in one.

1. You don't trust each other

Do you trust your man when he goes out by himself? Do you read his emails? This is not a healthy relationship, ladies, this is actually an unhealthy relationship. You must be able to trust your partner and must be able to trust him not to cheat.

2. You take each other for granted

Another sign of an unhealthy relationship is that you are constantly taking your man for granted. Do you assume that your boyfriend is going to stay with you? Or do you assume that your boyfriend is going to pack your lunch daily? These little things can break up your relationship.

3. Constant fighting

Constant fighting is one of the clearest signs that you are in an unhealthy relationship. Sure, every relationship has its bumps (especially if you and your partner are living together), but if you are constantly fighting over the smallest things, that may not be a good relationship to be in. Keep in mind that the good times must always outweigh the bad times!

4. Constant insults

Does your boyfriend constantly put you down? If you constantly feel like you have to be on the defense, you are in an unhealthy relationship. Your partner should make you feel beautiful and he must never put you down. That might be a sign that you are in an emotionally abusive relationship.

5. Omissions of truth

Can you openly talk to your boyfriend? If not, this is another sign of an unhealthy relationship. Sure, you don't necessarily have to tell your significant other everything, but you have to be pretty open with him.

6. Constant blaming

Are you constantly blaming your partner for everything? This is a warning sign you are in an unhealthy relationship. Ladies, your man is not the only person you should be blaming everything on.

7. Lack of communication

How often do you communicate with each other? Can you walk into a bedroom and not say anything at all to your significant other for a few hours? That's not a relationship, ladies! Communication is a key part of any relationship.

8. Social isolation

If you completely isolate yourself from your friends and even your family you might be in an unhealthy relationship. You actually need your family and friends to survive. You also need other opinions besides your boyfriend's. So, if your partner expects you to spend all your time only with him that is a sign to be careful!

What other signs of an unhealthy relationship have you noticed? Share your thoughts, please!
