Queen Latifah Getting Ready To Announce That She Is A Lesbian

The National Enquirer may not exactly be the most reputable
Hollywood news source but none the less, they claim to have
a source close to Dana Elaine Owens aka Queen Latifah who
says Latifah may be getting ready to come out of the closet –
thanks to the inspiration of "Good Morning America" anchor
Robin Roberts, who recently acknowledged she's gay.

According to National Enquirer's source, the 43-year-old talk-
show host is telling pals that Robin's lesbian admission has
Latifah contemplating following in her footsteps in 2014.

The source told National Enquirer:

Latifah never wanted to be labeled a gay spokesperson
or role model – that's why she's never come out. Her
sexuality has been one of Hollywood's biggest non-secrets
for years, but since Robin came out she's been thinking
long and hard about doing the same.

Latifah always wanted to keep her private life out of the
spotlight, even though she's never hidden her girlfriends
from her close friends and family. She's performed at gay
pride festivals, so in her eyes she doesn't need to make a
statement.

But deep down inside she knows that going public, like
her friend Robin did, will go a long way toward furthering
public acceptance of lesbians and gays."

On Dec. 29, Roberts, 53, came out as a lesbian on her
Facebook page and acknowledged her girlfriend, Amber

Suntai In Abuja To Meet Jonathan Over His RETURN

Taraba State Governor, Mr. Danbaba Suntai, yesterday flew into Abuja, the nation's capital with a view to meeting with President Goodluck Jonathan and former Defence Minister, Theophilus Danjuma, to pave the way for him to return to his office.

The recuperating governor, was flown to Abuja in a private jet said to belong to the former minister, who is also believed to be in support of his return to office after recovering from the air crash that kept him out of circulation for over a year.

A source close to the governor, told the journalists that he would first be received by Danjuma, who would later take him to have a meeting with President Goodluck Jonathan so as to smoothen his resumption of work that has been enmeshed in endless controversy.

But the governor will have to wait in Abuja until Jonathan returns from an overseas trip at the weekend. It was not clear as at press time when the President would actually receive Suntai. Incidentally, the Acting Governor of the State, Alhaji Garba Umar, was also said to be in Abuja alongside the Speaker of the House of Assembly, apparently to also meet with senior political strategists of the President with a view to stalling Suntai's move to resume work.

Majority of the members of the Taraba House of Assembly are of the view that Suntai is not strong enough to resume work and that Umar should continue to hold the fort until further notice.

But Suntai's loyalists are not interested in seeing Umar performing the functions, which the governor should be discharging on a daily basis and have therefore asked their principal to return to his post without further delay.

Apparently buoyed by his supporters, Suntai braved the odds and inspected his office in Jalingo on Thursday, sending the message to Umar that his days as the Acting Governor of the state are numbered.

There are indications that Umar may be impeached by Suntai's loyalists as soon as the governor resumes work.

But Suntai may also face some tough times in getting the required number of the state lawmakers to edge out Umar, given the fact that the majority of them are in support of the acting governor.

Photos: Zimbabwean Woman Posted Younger Sister’s Nudes on Facebook After She Slept With Her Nigerian Boyfriend (+18)

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned! A hot scandal
has just erupted on Facebook
.
Ayanda Simango Ayanda and the Nigerian Boyfriend
Martin Arinze who was snatched by her sister
A Zimbabwean woman, Ayanda Monica Simango has lost
her mind after busting her younger sister having s*x with
her Nigerian boyfriend.

Her sister was soo mad that she has decided the most
befitting way to humiliate and fix younger sister – she post
her unclad pictures on her Facebook Wall.

Details to the whole thing are still sketchy but one of our
Facebook page followers tipped us and we managed to go
undercover and access her Facebook account.

Ayanda is so mad and upset now that she is not entertaining
communication from anyone.

unclad photos of the sister as well as the Nigerian boyfriend
identified as Martin Arinze from Enugu Nigeria were
posted on several popular websites.

We wonder what could have driven the younger sister to do
that to her sister, but there is a myth that Nigerian men are
known to lavishly pamper and spoil their ladies in stark
contrast to most Zimbabwean men.

At least according to the tales that ladies tell. So perhaps
this could have been the motivating factor, of course
scandals like these happen everyday, but the sister's
reaction has just been epic!

Kashamu Replies Obasanjo…Says You Have Lost Power In South West

One of PDP's stakeholders in Ogun State, Prince Buruji
Kashamu has replied General Obasanjo's letter. Kashamu
also stated that he is not wanted in the US and Obasanjo has lost power in the South West. Find his letter below.

RE: CHIEF OLUSEGUN OBASANJO'S LETTER TO
TUKUR

My attention has been drawn to yet another letter written by former President Olusegun Obasanjo to the National
Chairman of our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, frowning at my allegedly being made the leader of the party in the South West. He called me "a wanted habitual criminal…for whom extradition has been requested by the US Government…"

Ordinarily, I would not have responded to his latest cocktail of lies having sufficiently addressed the same issue in my response to his letter to the President only a few weeks ago.

However, since he has shown that he is too embittered to be assuaged by that response, I am constrained to do another.

First, it is now clear to all and sundry that why I have
become the target of Obasanjo's wicked campaign of
calumny and blackmail is his perceived loss of political
relevance in Ogun State and the South West. In his 18-page satanic letter to President Goodluck Jonathan, I was the other person – indeed the only one (after the President) – that he singled out for his venomous attack.

But if the truth be told, I am not the architect of whatever political woes that he is suffering today. Like David, I am just a tool in the hands of the almighty Allah Subhana wa tala. I am too small to confront a Goliath like him but for the almighty Allah who is the supporter of the suppressed and oppressed.

In his usual hypocritical manner, he talked about not being able to work with me because of his principles and decency.

But the questions Nigerians should ask him are: where were these principles when he used me to fight Gbenga Daniel?

Where was his self-righteousness when I took the party
structure from Daniel and handed it to Obasanjo? Where
was his decency when he brought Gen. Adetunji Olurin to
me and asked that I should roll my structure behind his
governorship ambition? Where was his morality when he
introduced me to South West PDP leaders like Engr. Segun Oni, Navy Capt. Caleb Olubolade (rtd) and a host of others? Where was his discipline when he hosted me
severally in his Hilltop mansion, taking me into his bedroom and innermost recesses? Where was his decency
when he accepted donations from me to his church and
other concerns? Where was his gumption when he mounted the rostrum to sing my praises, praying for me as he did in May 2010 during a reception for the former Minister of Commerce and Industry, Senator Jubril Martins-Kuye? I can go on and on!

Let me state from the outset that contrary to Obasanjo's
claim, I am not the leader of the party in the South West. I
am just one of the party's foot soldiers in the zone and it is
in that capacity that I am made the Chairman of the
Organisation and Mobilisation Committee for the party in
the zone. It is indeed preposterous for anyone to call me the leader of the party in a zone that parades political
juggernauts like Chief Olabode George, Alhaji Shuaibu
Oyedokun, Senator Lekan Balogun, Senator Iyiola
Omisore, Senator Teslim Folarin, Alhaji Yekeen Adeojo,
Senator Clement Awoyelu, Mr. Ayodele Fayose, Senator
Bode Olajumoke and a host of others. All these leaders
know me and can attest to the fact that I defer to them even when we disagree a times.

Now, on the issue of my so-called indictment in the United
States, I wish to state for the umpteenth time that there is
NO request for my extradition for any offence whatsoever.
I recall that in my earlier response to him, I have
challenged him to produce the request for extradition, if
there is any. Indeed, contrary to his lies that I am wanted in the United States for some offences, the purported and
over-flogged case is that of mistaken identity, for which I
had been tried and discharged after my innocence was
established by the British courts. I am already in court in
the US asking that the earlier accusation (NOT
CONVICTION) against me be quashed. That process is
ongoing.

As to the Nigerian leg of the issue, as I have often stated, I
was the one that took the Attorney-General of the
Federation (AGF) to court in 2009/2010 to ask for a
judicial pronouncement on the powers of the AGF under
the Extradition Act when I got information that some of
my political adversaries were pressurising the AGF to
allegedly cause my extradition on the basis of the mistaken
identity case referred to above.

In fact, in an 11-paragraph affidavit deposed to by the
Office of AGF and dated 16th September, 2010, it stated
that, "No request for the extradition of the Applicant was
made on the 20th day of July, 2010 or on any date to the
Respondent or to any Federal Agency by the United States
Government or any other country…The Respondent or any of its officers or any agency of the Federal Government has not received any request from any country for the extradition of the Applicant for any offence whatsoever."

Simply put, the AGF said nobody has asked that I be
surrendered for any offence. Although the Federal High
Court agreed with him, it went on to order that I could not
be made to face any fresh round of victimisation,
harassment and intimidation on the basis of the same
alleged offence that I had been exonerated of by the British courts. This was what the AGF quarrelled with and decided to appeal. The appellate court upheld his appeal, saying the action was "premature".

Even though my detractors are wont to twist obvious facts
to suit their invidious motives, I wish to once again avail
the general public of some documents that are the result of painstaking and thorough investigations by credible
international organisations, such as the Interpol and the
German Embassy.

The Interpol in a report dated 4th March, 2008, and signed by ACP Haruna H. Mshelia, stated inter alia "That all our letters written to Interpol London, Lyon, Washington and Cotonou relating to enquiries on criminal/drug/conviction records of the suspect were returned negative to the effect that the suspect was never convicted of such offence in their territory."

Following my application for visa, the German Embassy
also wrote that it was "informed by the U.S. authorities at
the end of August that its search warrant has been cancelled. As a consequence the equivalent search warrant
of Interpol has also been withdrawn with immediate
effect." So with which warrant of arrest is the U.S
supposed to ask for my extradition, and for which offence?

The British court, as per Lord Justice Pill and Mr. Justice
Bell of the High Court of Justice, Queen Bench Division,
said the apprehending authorities suppressed exculpatory
evidence and discharged me in accordance with Articles 5
and 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights and
Human Rights Act, 1998. The District Judge Tim Workman in his 2003 judgment found from the evidence
adduced during the three-year trial that I was not the person sought by the U.S. authorities and it was a case of mistaken identity. The U.S. Judge Norgle, in whose court the indictment was filed, also held that I am not a fugitive from justice. I ask again: on what basis will the US authorities justifiably request for my extradition?

Furthermore, District Judge Workman also held that, "As a result of the evidence that the Defence has placed before me and the evidence which the Government has tendered in rebuttal, I find the following facts: that the defendant has a brother, who bears a striking resemblance to that of his. I am satisfied that the defendant's brother was one of the co-conspirators…

"I am however satisfied that the overwhelming evidence
here is such that the identification evidence, already
tenuous, has now been so undermined as to make it
incredible and valueless. In those circumstances, there is
then no prima facie case against the defendant and I
propose to discharge him."

Now, these are the reports and decisions of credible and
well-established organisations. Yet, some wicked souls take
delight in blackmailing and maligning me, all in the name of politics. When I was working with ex-Governor Gbenga Daniel and empowering PDP members under his
administration with over 700 vehicles, grants and working
tools, I was not called names. When I started working with
ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, fighting his political
battles and mobilising for him, I was not a criminal. But
now that he feels he has lost out in the political equation, he is raking up worn-out tales.

But pray, what is my offence when all I am doing, in
conjunction with other like minds, is to champion a new
order whereby our people would be free from the vice-grip
of some self-styled political leaders who sit in the comfort
of their homes to determine our collective fate, with its
attendant consequences on the development and growth of
the South West zone. They do not like a bold and
courageous challenge to their outdated and warped style of
leadership. Instead of coming home to work for the growth
of the party, they have elected to mass around the
Presidency where they go from one office to the other,
blackmailing me and others in order to protect their "pot of soup". I am even told that just like he did to Mujahid
Asari-Dokubo, he has even gone as far as asking the
Beninoise government to frame me up anytime I visit the
country.

Unknown to him, I am inadvertently being made popular
by his acts even when I am not into any leadership or
popularity contest with anyone. Indeed, my resolve is made
stronger the more Obasanjo and his associates seek to
rubbish me, for as the French poet Michel de Montaigne
said, "We endeavour that men should speak of us, than how and what they speak, and it sufficeth us that our name run in men's mouths, in what manner soever…"

For me, the almighty Allah Subhana wa tala is the giver
and taker of life. He is my shepherd and shield. Even
though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I
shall fear no evil. I hold true to the inimitable words of
Albert Einstein that "Let every man be respected as an
individual and no man idolised." That is why I remain
immovable and unshakable in my firm commitment to the
principles I believe in, no matter the odds.

My mission is to mobilise the mass of the people, return the party to them and involve them in decision-making process in the overall interest of the people of the South West geo- political zone. And no amount of blackmail, campaign of calumny and intimidation will stop me, for as my people would say, "Ibaje eniyan ko da ise Oluwa duro" (meaning "man's slandering of his fellow man doesn't stop God's work in one's life").

Controversial American-Nigerian actress Afrocandy took a
hard stance on the greed of Nigerian sellers.

Afrocandy posted a message on her Facebook page to blast
Naija distributors who increased prices for her movies,
preventing many fans from buying them.
Read the full message below:

Why are Nigerian Marketers too Greedy? Guys pls Do not
Buy the Movie Destructive Instinct if the price is more than
#300 cos I did not discuss that with the marketers they just
wanna rip where they did not sow and it's not fare.

How can they be selling my Movie for #500, #700, #1000
that's crazy. I made sure it would be cheap and available
for all my Fans in Nigeria to be able to afford it so why the
hike in price? Leave it for them let them eat it and you can
go to Alaba and buy from the distributor at Contact
Pointblank Productions, No: AB330 PIN: 22E048CE,
08033347062.

They've really thought me a big lesson now that I know
Nigeria is ready for me, I will bring in my foreign Partners

Photo: See A 9-year-old girl who passed her WAEC exams

Nine year old Anjola Victoria Batoku recently made news
when she sat for, and passed the November/December 2013
West African Examination Council (WAEC) papers where she
attempted English and French Language, a feat which is
nothing but remarkable.

In this interview with the Sun Newspapers, Batoku shared her
success story.

I am aware you wrote last GCE exams. What was your
experience during the period?

I studied a lot during the period of the exam. I even had to
study books that were for SS3 students. I also studied the
oldest past questions of the GCE examination that I could lay
my hands on because the older the questions, the harder they
are.

How did you register for GCE considering your tender
age?

I burst into tears when the computer rejected me as being too
young to register for GCE. I had to increase my age by five
years before I could register for the exam.

What was the impression of other candidates at the exam
centre?

No one believed that I was a candidate let alone give me the
opportunity to write the exam; not even the examiners allowed
me into the exam hall until I passed the biometric test. Some
candidates were mocking me, others called me names "over-
ambitious girl, wait for your time".

What was your Exam registration number?

My Exam number was 5250802098
How old were you when you registered for the exam?

I was eight years old when I was preparing for the exam. I
was eight when I wrote the French Oral exam then I clocked 9
before I wrote the English exam.

GCE is a tough examination for a child of your age. Was it
very easy or very hard?

It was actually easy but the difficult part of the English exam
was the summary aspect.

What were your grades in the exams?

I registered for seven papers but only wrote two, English and
French because I readily had teachers in those two subjects,
dad and mum. I made C5 in French Language and C6 in
English Language.

Did your school participate in grooming you for the
examination?

My school was not aware I was writing the exam. But what I
learnt from school also played a part, so in a way, my school
participated.

Even my parents got to know about my registration for the
exam after my brothers helped me complete the process. My
parents who are both Lawyers felt it was a daring joke
considering my age but decided to groom me for the exam.

The had degrees in English and French respectively before
reading Law.

Why did you write only English and French?

I wrote only English and French because by the time I made
up my mind to register for the exams, time was not on my
side. I had teachers in those two subjects only: mum and dad.
Do you speak so much French? How did you make C5 in
French?

I don't speak much French but my dad does. He had first and
second degrees in French before reading Law. I am the former
Miss French of my school. Every year, my school organises a
French day and "Miss French" and "Master French" pageant
is the main event for the day. I am always involved in any
French related activity in my school. I am the current Head
Girl of the school.

Was French easier than English? Why did you perform
better in French than English?

French was not easier than English, but interestingly, I had
more confidence than ability in French and the reverse was
the case in English. I love French. I am an active member of
French Club in my school. Daddy always told me Paris is a
beautiful city. I heard of the famous French proverb "See
Paris and die" and I wish to see it one day.

Did you receive special lessons in preparation for the
exam?

Yes I did, in a way my dad who is a bilingual lawyer and a
former French teacher was my French teacher and my mum
who is a Chief Magistrate was my English teacher.

How did you feel when you passed the examination?
I felt very happy when I passed the exam but I was a bit
disappointed by the result because I expected B2 or B3 in
English Language.

Do you have a social life?

Yes I have a social life. I love dancing. I win best dancer's
competition at most birthday parties and social functions.
How do you relax?

I play games on my dad's ipad. I relax by watching television
or swimming. I also enjoy reading storybooks and science
encyclopeadia.

What do you want to become in future?

My dream is to be a medical doctor in the future, if possible
be the youngest medical doctor in the history of Nigeria.

What message do you have for children of your age?

I advise children of my age to cultivate the reading culture
and be ready to learn and show seriousness in their studies
because having the right attitude is better than hard work and
knowledge. When there is a will, there is a way.

Rev. Chris Okotie Running For president in 2015′

For the Head Pastor, Household of God Church International Ministries there is no such thing as quitting.

Despite losing the presidential election twice, the dream to
become Nigeria's president has not faded.

Rev. Okotie, nursing a strong presidential ambition , announced his intention to become Nigeria's number one
citizen in 2015.

In a exclusive interview with The Punch, Rev. Okotie said
he will run in 2015, God willing.

"God spoke to me about my participation in the political
process, which was why I took the step in the first place.

He has not said anything contrary.'', Rev. Okotie said. When he was reminded that he had always lost every election he took part in by the reporters, Rev. Okotie explained that he had lost those elections as a result of election malpractices carried out, He said, "I can sum it up in one word-rigging by the PDP. Even one of the party's stalwarts, Chief Adeseye Ogunlewe, told The PUNCH recently that all elections have always been rigged. So that answers the question.

"These election questions are inter-related. If they didn't rig, then I could have won. Apart from election malpractices, the duty of a servant of God is to obey his master when he gives him instructions, irrespective of whether he fails or succeeds. Like Moses in the Bible, who kept fighting until Pharaoh released the Israelites.''

BREAKING NEWS: Boko Haram Insurgents Burn Church,

Gunmen suspected to be members of the dreaded Islamic militants, Boko Haram have burnt down a church and a house of a National Assembly member, Hon. Peter Biye.

They carried out the attack on Friday in Gwoza town of Gwoza Local Government council of Borno State.

Biye, who is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) representing Damboa, Chibok and Gwoza federal constituency disclosed that a church, located close to his house was not spared by the assailants.

Speaking to journalists on Friday, the legislator said when the assailants stormed his house at Bzuba village along Gwoza Pulka road at night on Wednesday, they carted away over 70 domestic animals before setting the building on fire.

He said about three weeks before the incident, he had raised alarm on the need for military authorities to intensify security in the area but nothing was done.

"While in the house, the attackers burnt a consignment of sorghum which was meant for distribution to our people to cushion their hardships. They also burnt 30,000 pieces of exercise books, 30,000 packets of biro and 30,000 packets of chalk which I bought for distribution to schools in my constituency. When I got information from my people that the insurgents were in my village, I called the officer in charge of the area but he did not pick my call. It was the next day that he called back and told me that he was no longer in charge of the area", he said.

There was no official statement from the 7 Division of the Nigerian Army but a senior military officer who spoke under anonymity confirmed the attack.

Breaking News: OBJ Leaves PDP, Says He Cannot Stand a Wanted Criminal as Zonal Party Leader in the South-West

The season of letters continued on January 11, 2014, Saturday, as a new document from Olusegun Obasanjo has leaked the web.

Alhaji Bamanga Tukur,

National Chairman,

Peoples Democratic Party, PDP

National Headquarters,

Wadate House, Abuja

Dear Chairman,

While I believe that a good and truly national political party must be a microcosm of the nation in its membership made up of all sorts of characters from near-saints to near-satan, I also believe that on no account should a known habitual criminal that is wanted abroad to face criminal that is wanted abroad to face criminal charges leveled against him should be extolled as a political leader in a respectable and wholesome nation-building political party.

Buruhi Kasharnu has been so extolled in PDP in South-West geo-political zone which I personally find unsavoury. Politics played by any national political party must have morality, decency, discipline, principles and leadership examples as cardinal practices of the Party. O have attached here recent documents that clearly indicated that your extolled PDP Zonal Leader in the South-West Zone of Nigeria and in indigene of Ogun State is, to say the least, not a credit to the Party as a member let along being a zonal leader.

Since I stack in my practice of party politics to the hallowed and cherished principles enunciated above, I take this opportunity to let you know that while I continue to remain a card-carrying member of PDP, I cannot and I will not subscribe to a wanted habitual criminal being installed as my zonal leader in the Party; a criminal for who extradition has been requested by the US Government, in the meantime, I will consider withdrawing my activity with PDP at Local, State, Zonal and national levels until the anomalous and shameful situation is corrected.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely,

Olusegun Obasanjo

13-yr Old Boy Commits Suicide In Ondo

A 13 year old primary five pupil, Awal Osisi has committed
suicide in Akure, the Ondo state capital.

But the police in the state is working at some puzzles
surrounding the alleged death of the boy just as his step
mother is being detained.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that the boy committed suicide in
his parents' house located at High School area of Akure.
Awal was allegedly found in his parents' room hanging by the
door on Wednesday by using a belt to hang himself.
His step mother Mrs Rukayat Osisi reportedly raised alarm at
about 10.00am when she discovered the dangling body of the
boy in the room.

Rukayat a petty trader. claimed that she found the body of
Awal in the room having committed suicide.
However, the police in the state is suspecting foul play,
wondering why the step mother brought down the alleged
dangling body of the boy before informing the police.

The woman was said to have gone to the 'A' Division at
about 1.35 pm to report that her step-son was found dead in
the room after killing himself.

Rukayat said she discovered the body of the boy in the room
after he hanged himself with a belt tied to the handle of the
door. She said she had to remove the corpse of the deceased
and take it to the State specialist hospital in Akure before
reporting the incident at the police station.

However, reports gathered from the community showed that
Awal has always been a victim of victimisation, oppression
and child abuse by his father and the step- mother since his
mother divorced the father some years ago.

Saturday Vanguard learnt that the step-mother together with
the father has always been maltreating the boy and sending
him on difficult errands.

It was learnt that the father works outside Akure and comes to
Akure every weekend.
The father, it was gathered seized the boy's school uniform
and books following a report from the wife that the deceased
misbehaved while the father was away in his station.

Photo: Woman Goes Blind After Surgery To Change Her Eye Color

20140110-184441.jpg

A student from London was left temporarily blind after surgery to change the colour of her eyes.

Shenise Farrell travelled to Panama, in Central America, for the unregulated procedure to change her eye colour from dark brown to light brown.

She spent £8,000 on the operation but it went wrong and she was almost left permanently blind.

On arrival at the clinic, plans changed and she got blue implants instead, because the light brown implants were not available. During the procedure she screamed but the surgeon told her not to scream as it 'could cause things to go wrong'.

But at the end of the 20 minute procedure, she realised she couldn't see properly. It was as though she was looking underwater, but the surgeon told her not to worry insisting that for some patients it took up to 2 weeks for vision to return to normal. But by the time she returned to London her sight had deteriorated badly.

The glassy signpost with blue, white and black lettering promises would-be visitors succour. Its delicate frame announces to the public the presence of a private hospital. Near this board is another with less aesthetic appeal on a lonely street off Egbu Road, in Owerri metropolis, which announces to the vulnerable, a place of refuge.

The wordings on this board, strong enough to comfort even the most disheartened, have been revealed as a decoy to perpetrate evil. The place is "Ezuma Women and Children Rights Protection Initiative. FG Approved NGO Homeless Babies Home," which, until last month, was the epicentre of child trafficking, with a baby production regime, as if in an industrial factory, in full swing.

At the peak of his career, Dr. James Ezuma, who claims to have studied at the University of Jos, was the poster child of successful medical practice. His vast empire, including real estate, posh automobiles and women, advertised him as a man who attained success through dedicated commitment to his profession.

His physical wealth was complemented by a long list of clientele and friends in political and business circles. This probably explains why, with impunity, he could operate his purported hospital and Non-Governmental Organisation, NGO, in a building for which proper building permit was never obtained.

Yet, he was there for many years without the concerned officials raising eyebrows. For the sheer size of his wealth, the undiscerning public held him in awe. The church bestowed a knighthood on him for his commitment to charity! This was before the police flashed their detective klieg lights on his activities.

Ezuma: Serial polygamist with his third wife

What they saw however, negates the very essence of the medical guild. In Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Abia State where Ezuma operated from before he was declared wanted, the 65-year-old drew respect and fear in nearly equal proportions. His five-storey 'hospital and charity home' on 101 Okigwe Road, Aba, was frequented by high-heeled guests and 'patients' who visited mostly at night in sleek automobiles.

Their purpose: to purchase a child. The cost of land in the eternally busy Okigwe Road is estimated at N10 million per plot. Sources say the magnificent edifice may have been erected on over five plots of land. Neighbours and passers-by who dared prey into his activities in this fortress suffered losses as a result.

A former associate of his told this magazine that any medical practitioner, who challenged his baby dealer's reptilian practices, suffered either physical harm or had his clinic shut down. His network of friends, some believed to be in privileged positions of government, ensured that he never suffered harassments.

And when he did, they made escape routes available to him. Competent sources in the police force say he had been detained by the police but on such occasions, he was let off the hook.

Deception: The signboard contravened what happened in the 'home'

The building which has been demolished by the Abia State government following its owner's arrest in Owerri, was a den where innocent children were herded as raw material for his baby production factory. Here, Ezuma, working in tandem with his network of collaborators, brought girls, some pregnant, claiming to help provide anti- and post-natal services to them.

Thereafter, the impostor claimed he offered them humanitarian services such as rehabilitating the teenage girls, while offering the children out on adoption. The inside of his so-called hospital before it was pulled down, fared even less than a dispensary.

With a promise of good life and health care cover for the unborn child, the girls were coerced to give up their children for pittance, sometimes as low as N50,000 to N200,000. The methods of harvesting the babies, this magazine learnt, were debasing of the ethics of gynaecological practice. Using induced labour and crude delivery methods, Ezuma reportedly harvested even unripe pregnancies to satisfy his patrons.

Although he made little noise about his sleight-of-the hand child production prowess in public, Ezuma was the definition of impudence. Following several half-spirited battles by the police with him in Abia State, Ezuma, who hails from Ndiokeke Ndiakunwata, Arondizuogu, Ideato North LGA, Imo State, fled homewards. Owerri was where he relocated his lair and operational headquarters.

Chris Brown Faces Potential Jail Time

Grammy-winning R&B singer Chris Brown has rejected a plea deal in a misdemeanor assault case stemming from an altercation outside a Washington hotel, his lawyer said on Wednesday.

Brown is charged with breaking the nose of a 20-year-old Maryland man who tried to get a picture with him in October. His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, faces the same charge.

A lawyer for Brown, Danny Onorato, told reporters the deal had been turned down because "Chris Brown's not guilty."

He said he expected a date for a trial at the District of Columbia Superior Court to be set at a February 20 hearing.

Prosecutors offered Brown, 24, a plea deal that required him to plead guilty to simple assault.

During the 10-minute hearing, Brown and Hollosy appeared relaxed and chatted with attorneys. Brown smiled several times.

Facts of the argument that led to the charges are disputed.

A police report said the man who was punched had sought a photograph with Brown. Other witnesses said the man tried to force his way onto Brown's tour bus.

Brown's attorneys say his bodyguard was trying to protect him when the altercation arose.

Prosecutor Nicholas Cannon told Judge Yvonne Williams he still was compiling evidence against Brown.

"We have video surveillance," he said. Cannon gave no details of what the video showed.

In 2009, Brown was sentenced to five years' probation, community labor and domestic violence counseling after assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown's probation was revoked by a Los Angeles judge last month following the Washington fracas. He was not taken into custody because of good reports on his progress in a court-ordered rehabilitation program.

His probation was also revoked in July after he was charged in a May hit-and-run traffic accident. A Los Angeles judge reinstated it in August after Brown agreed to complete an additional 1,000 hours of community service.

Since the 2009 sentence, Brown has been involved in altercations with rapper Drake and his entourage in a New York nightclub and R&B singer Frank Ocean in a Los Angeles parking lot.

Photos: X-rays Show Bottle And Wire Stucked In Man's Stomach

I wonder how come this Bottle went inside his
stomach.Wonders they say shall never end. A Chinese man
who got a bottle stuck in his anus was forced to go to hospital

using a curved piece of wire.
The man went to hospital in Fuzhou, capital of southeast
China's Fujian Province, complaining of stomach pains.
However, when doctors enquired about the cause the man
claimed he had no idea what was responsible.
It was only when staff performed X-rays that they discovered
a bottle and a curved piece of wire lodged in his abdomen.
The man confessed that he inserted the bottle at home, but
was then unable to remove it.
Out of panic he found a piece of steel wire and tried to hook
the bottle out, but failed.
Doctors were forced to operate to remove the bottle and wire
and discovered that the man's bowel had been pierced in
