(Photo) Check The Shortest Man In The World Who Is Just 16 Inches

This Man is 73 year old Nepali, that still goes by the title of
'Master'. He is Master Nau, and his name has been etched
in the Guinness World Records' immovable category.
Here, he poses for a photo next to a ruler in Kathmandu.
Nau, who lives with his younger brother's family in
Bhairahawa, 350 kilometres (217 miles) southwest of
Kathmandu, is 16 inches tall while his rival, a Taiwanese
man, stands 27 inches.
Officials of Guinness World Records have said the man could
qualify for the record, according to Thaneshwar Guragain,
who is supporting Nau's claim and corresponding with the
organization.

See A Man Proposed To Girlfriend And Dressed Like A Homeless Man. (Photo)

Mike King was known as a prankster. He decided to play a
prank on his girlfriend, Katie Barabas . He would propose to
her while dressed as a homeless man.
There's a good reason behind the idea -feeding the less-
fortunate was one of the activities they enjoyed doing
together.
The 22-year-old proposed in front of fellow Feed the
Homeless volunteers in South Bend, Indiana, and his friend
and filmmaker Cody Clemons helped record
his partner's shocked reaction.
While Katie was passing out meals to the less-fortunates, he
approached her and told her how she was 'kinda cute'.
When he took of his mask and got down on one knee and I
was in complete shock and in such joy,' said his bride-to-be.
The happily engaged couple plan to invite the homeless from
the Feed the Hungry campus ministry to attend their
reception.
What do you think...?

Strictly Invitation! If You’re Not Invited Dont Come To Our Wedding Ordered By Tiwa Savage & Her FiancĂ©

Tee Billz is getting married to Nigeria's popular songstress,
Tiwa Savage on Saturday 23rd November, 2013 in a strictly
by invitation ceremony. Warning uninvited guests to stay
away, the guy said:
"We are making our wedding as low key as possible, not
everyone is invited. Our families are large including our
friends and the venue won't house everybody so we are
printing limited invitation cards."

Mystery world of blind prophet Kasali

Like his recently departed mentor and role model, Prophet
Apostle Timothy Oluwole Obadare, Prophet Moses Muyideen
Kasali of Hour of Mercy Prayer Ministry International, (a.ka.
Baba Orioke Alasheyori, Ibadan) Ojedeji Keji, near Moniya
in Akinyele local government of Oyo State, became blind at
the age of 3 as a result of measles outbreak in his village,
Sanu Ijaye.

He is not only blind; he was an illiterate but today, Kasali in
his late 40s despite his disability was reported to have
performed several outstanding feats including single-handedly
disarming armed robbers, construction of Police posts and
donation of generating sets for different communities.

During his 40th birthday, he got 25 cars as gifts, the least
being a Toyota Corolla; as he gets them he gives them out to
the poor and deserving members and non-members of his
church. Not only that, he gives his church members houses. In
this interview with Sources, Kasali narrated how God miraculously pulled him out the clutches of poverty to become the Elijah of this age.

Were you born blind?

My parents had nine children and I am the only male child. At
age three, there was an outbreak of measles epidemic in my
village and it affected my two eyes and became blind as a
result. My parents went through lots of challenges. My mother
died when I was 10 and naturally I was helpless and hopeless
since there was nobody to take care of me.

To avoid being starved to death, I started gathering firewood
from bush to sell to those in need of it since there was nobody
to render help to a blind boy. One day I was in the bush to
gather firewood when the hand of God found me and from the
bush I was taken to a mansion where an angel taught me the
Word of God, secrets of life and many other things. Jesus
Christ appeared to me in that mansion. He anointed me and
told me that I will be an evangelist to the world. The oil Jesus
poured on my head flew for seven days physically. One of the
angels took me back to our village and my father was
surprised seeing the anointing oil flowing.

But you were born Muslim? What was father's reaction?

Yes! I was the first to accept Christ in my family. My
encounter with Christ was unique because nobody preached to
me. Even as a Muslim, my father loved Christianity. Every
year he brought the best of his farm produce to the church. He
said he had a dream where he saw me in the midst of a large
crowd preaching the gospel. Before I was born, there was
another prophecy that I was going to be a Nazarene from God.
All these encouraged my father despite various talks from the
villagers that my father was giving out his only son to
Christianity because he was blind. An Anglican priest in our
village told the villagers that God was going to use this blind
boy to reach the world. He sent for me and prayed for me and
sought my father's permission to take me to the mission
house.

Did you have any formal education?

No! I did not attend primary school. Isaiah 42:16 says: "I will
lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar
paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light
before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the
things I will do; I will not forsake them. Also, Isaiah 9:2 says:
"The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on
those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned".
The scripture is true and perfect once you are on the Lord's
side.

How do you read the Bible since it is your preaching in
strument?

There is an angel assigned to me at every situation, as you are
talking now there is an angel beside me. If my interpreter
makes a mistake reading the Bible, I correct him because
immediately I mount the podium all the scriptures from
Genesis to Revelation will immediately appear before me like
a television screen and I will see with my inner eye; anyone
that is not clear to me will be interpreted by my angel.

How did it all start?

There was a time I went to fetch water with a 4-litre container
from the river. I was in a hurry to back before going to work.
I was operating a cassava grinding machine. At the river, the
container slipped from my hand and of course, I won't allow
it to float away, because it was the only container that I had.
So, I followed it. The more I searched the deeper I went into
the river until I found myself inside a big mansion beneath the
river.

The mansion consists of women and men dancing. I was able
to see them as if I was not blind. I was afraid but a giant in
me assured me that I will not die there. A woman in the
mansion asked me what I was doing in the place and suddenly
a man with white hair all over his body appeared and said I
am his son and that I was there to have an experience.

Immediately fight ensued between the woman and the white
man and later an angel joined in the battle. I was afraid but
the scene was interesting, there was a great bang like that of a
bomb. The woman and her agents disappeared.
The angel took me back home. I was excited and felt on top
of the world that I had such wonderful experience. I spent
over seven hours inside the river. My father was worried and
searched everywhere including the forest for me.

Another experience I can remember was when I tried to woo a
lady for marriage, she insulted me, saying I don't know my
boundary. How can a blind man like me approach her. I also
told her that she should be happy that someone like me was
coming after someone that is after one. But glory to God, I
did not only marry but God gave me a wonderful, caring and
loving woman as wife.

She was a virgin when I married her. That teaches me a lesson
that when we ask God for something and there was no
answer, we should not lose hope because God is preparing
something better which we cannot get through man's capacity.

If I have married that first woman only God knows what
would have happened.

Recently you were said to have disarmed robbers. What gave
you the boldness?

It was the spirit of the Lord. When you have God you will be
able to do the impossible. I almost gave up my faith when we
encountered them because they have collected my phones,
wristwatch, money and other valuables including the key to
my jeep and asked me to go. But the car was inside the ditch
and suddenly I got ministration from the Holy Spirit and
boldly I told them to assist me to bring out the jeep.

They agreed and lifted it out. I requested for my money,
phones and other things they took from me and they
complied. I was really happy that they complied to all my
instructions. Then I told them to surrender their riffles; they
did that. I would have taken them inside my car and hand
them over to the Police but I had a rethink that police might
say I was working with the robbers. I told them not to engage
in robbery again.

Another one in 2005; on our way to a mountain in Ekiti State
and we were attacked by men of the underworld. They took us
to a very thick forest, collected my car and other things. They
ordered me to pull off my jeans trouser that they needed it
because I was not worthy to wear such expensive designer
trouser. They removed it and gave me another trouser; but I
warned them that they will get into trouble by collecting my
jean trouser. One of them that wore the jean said the cloth has
anointing.

Another testimony was how the Lord delivered me from last
year DANA air crash. I was billed to board the flight, but on
my way to the checking point I started feeling cold and I told
my personal assistant that I will have to postpone the trip till
the next day.

You said greater than Boko Haram will happen in Nigeria
I said father of Boko Haram, if our government fail to be
serious and go back to God another sect greater than Boko
Haram will surface in Nigeria. Power of money, strategies
have failed in the county. If our leaders have the fear of God
we will not have any problem. Somebody will embezzle
billions of naira and he would asked to pay N750,000 as bail.

It is a pity that Nigeria has not found solution to such
abberations and this will only encourage more corruption.
Few people riding expensive cars while millions of youths
cannot afford food on their tables. This is very wrong and
God is angry with such things because when God blesses you
it is not for you alone but for others around. Most of our
leaders are only serving their pockets while the masses
wallow in poverty.

Is that why you say the father of Boko Haram is yet to come?

God told me that He is going to show Himself powerful to
those ruining the glory of this county and the father of Boko
Haram will not attack the masses but those in power. If care is
not taken they will attack government convoys and they will
succeed because they are having God's backing.

Question! Why Wizkid And P-Square Lost MTV EMA ‘Best African Act’ to South Africans?

Forget that Wizkid and P-Square pack venues when they
perform in and outside of Nigeria, professionalism now
determines who wins what on the international music stage.
Unless Nigerian musicians want to continue to deceive
themselves, popularity as a determinant of success in the
music industry no longer cuts it as the South African group,
LCNVL. that beat the Nigerians is nowhere near the duo
when it comes to acceptance.
Popularity, however, didn't sway the regional voters for the
MTV EMA slot as Wizkid and P-Square were beaten to the
final slot of the "Best African Act" by LCNVL a few days
ago.
A member of the Grammy Award nomination committee in
United States told R in a phone conversation few hours after
the loss that sentiment does not work when it comes to
selecting artistes for the MTV EMA. "This group, from
management to PR level", he said, "is very professional and
thorough. In Nigeria, the world has seen the quality of artistes
that are there, but there are many things that are not in place
and it is working against our artistes".
He said that just last year, members of one of the group that
lost out in the MTV EMA stunned an American promoter who
had relied on their popularity to list them on a three-month
show in US when he asked for the contact of their sound
engineer, only to be told that they used disk jockeys when
they perform.
Believing that they were being novel, he allowed them on the
show for them to shock the promoter when they got on stage
and started miming to their songs. "Of course that was the
only show the guy allowed them to perform at in Maryland,
Washington Again, there is no adequate record of sales to
back up the bogus claims that Nigerian artistes make on social
media, and even in the print and electronic media.
"A lot needs to be done in the industry because we have
talented musicians in Nigeria. Nigeria, in fact, is the only
reason that the whole world has taken a liking to African
music, but we are gradually losing that hold. Smaller
countries will begin to outshine us because they do things like
professionals, unlike us", he said.
The South African duo were voted the "Best African Act" for
the 2013 MTV EMA ahead of Wizkid and P Square early this
week.
LCNVL will now move on to the next phase of voting to try
to secure a spot to represent the region in the Worldwide Act
category in Amsterdam.
LCNVL has been South Africa's most successful pop act of
the past five years, selling over 100,000 albums, winning the
SAMAs for Best Selling Album and Best Newcomer, and
touring the world, playing alongside the likes of Justin Bieber,
Taio Cruz, Mike Poser and Jason Derulo.
"Such provable information worked in LCNVL's favour,
unlike our own guys who claim they had sold millions of CDs
in just one, two years," added the American R's source.
Bruce Gillmer, Executive Vice President of Talent and Music
Programming/Events, later said "the MTV EMA highlights
the biggest and best international and regional superstars and
we're really looking forward to celebrating all of the
incredible talent in Amsterdam."

An open letter to Kanye West: Unlike you, the American public sees the First Lady, Michelle Obama as being more than booty

Dear Kanye,
You probably don't have many post-menopausal white
women in your fan base. The only reason I know who you
are is because I read US Magazine on the treadmill. For
that reason, I know that you sort of ruined Taylor Swifts's
big moment at the Grammys and that you are Kim
Kardashian's Baby Daddy. I also know about your
interview with Ryan Seacrest, because of Yahoo News.
Yahoo News is filled each day with items that have
nothing to do with my actual world, like talking dogs and
the world's largest baby, and the fact that Will Smith's 15-
year-old son has gone public with his relationship with his
16-year-old girlfriend who is the daughter of Bruce Jenner
Kardashian, I try to bypass these items, in order to get to
my mailbox. But each day, at least one headline accounts
for me checking my mail about 30 seconds after I intended
to do so.
Last week, I was sucked into your interview with Ryan
Seacrest, in which you blamed "classicism" for your not
being able to achieve all of your goals in life. I'm not sure
what "classicism" is but if it means "lack of class" I'm on
board with your statement.
You also said that no one cares if Michelle Obama
Instagrams a picture of herself in a bikini. I completely
agree with that statement as well. We live in a pretty
fucked up world, Kanye. There are few things nowadays
that give me any hope for the future. But I have to say that
one of them is that the American public sees the First
Lady as being more than booty.
I think maybe you are confusing popular culture with
culture. Most of us love something about popular culture,
whether it be following fashion or sports, or picking up the
latest fare from some author of international thrillers to
read on the beach. We watch reality shows and we vote
for American Idols. We read everything we can about
Wills and Kate. Popular culture is available to all of us.
We don't have to be talented or smart or wealthy to be
fans.
Culture is something else. Culture is human intellectual
achievement. It is what defines a society, the legacy we
leave to the generations that will follow. When we look at
the Roman Empire, Pharaonic Egypt and the ancient
dynasties of Asia and the Middle East, we marvel at the
feats of government, the arts and engineering that created
nations from tribal societies. The internal violent and
sexual shenanigans of many of the rulers of these
civilizations is no doubt a fascinating sideline, but it in no
way defines the civilizations that these people created and
ruled.
Your fiance probably has more Twitter followers than the
First Lady. Hell, she might even have more followers than
the president. But our fascination with her is limited to the
externals of her life: her face, her body and the clothes she
puts on it. She is a fantasy, whether one's fantasy is for
giant booty or designer duds. The best you can say about
her is that she has turned her ability to showcase her body
parts into a lucrative profession, indeed.
The fascination we have for Michelle Obama has nothing
to do with what she looks like or what she wears (although
an attractive First Lady is always more interesting). When
we look at Michele Obama, we think about her
intelligence, her strength, her ideals. No matter your
political affiliation, you have to admit that Michele Obama
is a powerhouse. Your girlfriend reminds us of what one
can do with the gift of outstanding good looks. Michelle
Obama reminds us of what one can do with outstanding
intellect and drive.
So Kanye, draw Kim and North close to you. Tell them
that you love them and that they are the most important
people in your life. And be grateful that you live in a
society that worships celebrity to such a ridiculous degree
that someone like you, someone who sets the bar ever
higher for pretention and self-absorption, can be worthy of
taking up space with talking dogs and giant babies.

Lovely Family: Annie Idibia Off To The States For Her 2nd Baby’s Delivery (Photos)

Heavily pregnant Mrs Annie Idibia left Nigeria yesterday to

You recall Annie gave birth to Isabella in California, 2008.
Wishing her a very safe delivery.
Meanwhile, Annie got to share these wonderful pictures of her

Way too adorable.
Turns out Annie ran into new mum Nike Oshinowo at the
airport.

Why I didn’t invite people to my wedding — Nollywood actress Uche Nnnana

Newly wedded Nollywood actress Uche Nnnana is said to
have married her beau Richard secretly. The Two Sisters and
Mary The Hunter star clears the air, in this interview with
Mercy Michael, among other issues.

2013 is fast running out, how would you rate the year so far
as it relates to your job?

How could you ask that kind of question? You should know
better (laughs). It is indeed fulfilling. For me, this year has
been one of the best ever; it's the year I got married to my
wonderful husband and the year God blessed me with so
many good jobs. I started the year with so many good roles
and before you know it, the wedding came. I'm so excited.

What are some of the things you still hope to achieve?

I have achieved all I think I want to achieve this year, but that
doesn't mean if any other thing comes up, I won't grab it. As
a human being, I would say I have achieved all that I want to
achieve this year but I know God might still have some good
things in store for me. My God is a wonderful God.

Do you have plans of becoming a movie producer?

I am thinking towards that direction. But that is if God
permits me; because whatever I do is by His grace. God alone
can give me the inspiration, the strength to do it because to
produce a movie is not an easy task.

How were you able to deal with scandals before your
marriage?

I could say I am one of the actresses who have been very
lucky. I think I am scandal-free. I have not really faced any
scandal.

How does it feel to be married?

I am loving it. I am at peace with it. I feel good being a
married woman. Now I realise what a great joy I have been
missing all the while I was single. Nothing feels good than
knowing that you have someone out there who loves you
alone, who is watching your back, who calls you every minute
to know what you are doing. Someone who tells you all the
romantic things you need to hear and make you happy. By the
time you get back from work, he is always there to ask you
how it went. I was really missing out when I wasn't married.

Thank God I'm married now. I'm really enjoying it.

What was the attraction to him?

I come from a very strong Christian family and the upbringing
I was given is to love God and to serve Him. So when I met
my husband, what really attracted me to him was his love for
God. The way the world is going these days, you hardly see
young people devoting their time to serving God. That was
one of things that attracted me to him. Please, every young
girl should get married and make sure you get a guy who
loves you so much.

How did he propose?

He was so romantic, you know. On that day, I never saw it
coming. He said a whole lot of romantic things to me and he
went on his knees to give me the ring. I was so excited. I was
speechless. I didn't know what to say.

Why then did you make it a secret wedding?

Yes, nobody saw it coming. I decided to play it very cool. I
decided to play it so quiet because my husband is not a
noisemaker. Secondly, where I come from, we don't do
traditional wedding. I come from Ihechiowa, in Arochukwu
Local Government. What we do is called Nzukoro or
Ikwetoku others called it Imego. That was what we did. So it
wasn't a traditional wedding and at the same time, it wasn't a
secret wedding. It was just a quiet wedding. I decided to do it
quiet because I want to separate my movie life from my
private life. If it was a secret wedding, there wouldn't have
been pictures, but our pictures were all over the place. People
should stop using that word, secret. It was a quiet Imego.

When is will your white wedding be?

Like I said, what I did was not a secret wedding. It was a
quiet wedding. But I'm sorry to disappoint you; right now I
am not going to tell you the date of my white wedding. But
it's coming up soon. I will let everybody know. I want to use
this medium to tell my friends and my fans because so many
of them accused me of not telling them. I am sorry. It was
just a quiet thing I did. I didn't want to make noise about it,
but one or two persons were actually around.

I also noticed the absence of your colleagues at your younger
sister's wedding at the registry. Are you that secretive?
I'm not secretive o. Did you not see my friend Tessy Oragwa
at the registry for my sister's wedding? Sometimes, I don't
like bothering people. Most of my friends who were supposed
to come were busy on location.

Your friends in the industry, how did they feel that you kept it
away from them?

Somehow it came as a shock to my friends not just in
Nollywood. To every other person it was a surprise. It came
as shock to them. So many of them were pinging me, trying to
find out what was happening. I told them not to worry and
they should forgive me. I promise them that very soon we are
all going to rock the white wedding. That was what I told all
my friends.

Do you still hang out with your friends now that you are
married?

My dear hanging out with my friends is not a problem just
that after my wedding, I have been very busy. We are all busy
people like I told you. We jump from one location to another
so it has not been easy but whenever we have time, we
hangout. Marriage is not bondage. My marriage is not a
prison. My friends are still my friends so whenever we are
free, we hangout, have a good time together and come home.

That's just it. Do you believe that some people saw it and till
today, they've not said a word to me. I just look at it and
smile.

Would you quit acting now that you are married?

My dear, I have no plans to call it quits with the industry now
that I'm married because my husband supports what I am
doing. He loves my job. He doesn't have a problem with it,
so my fans have nothing to worry about. Don't think you are
going to miss me on your screen. I am still here full time,
ready to give you all the actions you need to watch. My
husband gives me hundred percent support, so I am not
quitting acting.

What is your dream role after all these years in Nollywood?

I think every challenging role is a dream role. I wish to get
more challenging roles. In Mary the Hunter, I played a cripple
and imbecile at the same time and it was really tough but I
thank God for His mercies. Those are the kinds of roles I look
forward to. No role is a small one. No role is an easy one, but
I like those very challenging roles. Two Sisters was another
challenging one all together. I want a role that will make me
to wake up at night, study my script, rehearse in front of my
mirror, tell myself I have to make sure I do this well. I was
taught in theatre art that there is no good show without a good
rehearsal. So any role that comes my way I make sure I
rehearse it very well.

Nollywood is celebrating 20 years; how would you rate the
industry?

It's really a great and a good one. When it started nobody
knew it would come this far. Nollywood has changed the
image of this country outside. Through Nollywood so many
people have come to know more about Nigeria. It's really a
good thing. Nollywood has given employment opportunity to
thousands of people. So many youths are surviving because of
Nollywood. Nollywood is one of the best things to happen to
this country. Even our elderly ones come to Nollywood to act
and earn a living. Many who have not been paid their pension
are surviving because of Nollywood, so government and
corporate bodies should come and invest because Nollywood
is doing a great job. And I will use this opportunity to give
kudos to our President Ms Ibinabo Fiberesima. She is really
doing a wonderful job.

What changes would you love to see in the industry?

Government and corporate bodies should come into
Nollywood. It's not something individuals can do alone. I
hope that one day, every state will have a film village where
we can go, build our set and shoot anything we want to shoot
there. That way you find out that our movie will have better
sound. The other time we went to America, we went to
Universal Studio to be precise, we saw how they do it there.

Universal Studio is built on 399 hectares of land. These is
where they build everything they want. They want an African
street they build it. They want houses in London they build it.
After shooting they will change it. They want to shoot a
movie that is telling about New York, they build houses
representing New York houses. They do what they want to do
and that way everything about the movie comes out good not
like Nigeria where we go to people's houses to shoot.

In recent times, most of your colleagues have delved into
other businesses; do you have any plans of doing same and
what is that likely to be?

I'm definitely looking in that direction but I will not let the cat
off the bag. If anything comes up, definitely I will let you
know. For now, I want to keep it under wraps. I like when I
keep it quiet and unveil later, that way, people can see it and
appreciate it.

Another Open Letter to Donjazzy “May You And Your Walking Stick Burn In Hell” –

Since the Fight between Wande Coal and Donjazzy, fans here
and there have been airing their opinions about how Donjazzy
took up the matter on twitter. Dunno why people are ripping
into donjazzy.
If you ask me. .Donjazzy was matured enough by not
involving the jury. .i don't think this letter below was
necessary. Well below is an open letter to Donjazzy
from @baddestdjtimmy

Read Below

Don Jazzy

This Controversial and Outspoken Dj is here with another
one, Lashing out at Mavin boss and his Fans
#Teamdonjazzy . It will be recalled that this same Dj wrote a
similar letter to Dr Sid which was massive and had people
talking for weeks. Enjoy
My Dear Don jazzy,

How are you and the left over Mavin squad?? I hope u are not
in good health and sound mind. The last time u read my letter
to one of your Mavin slaves (Dr Sid), you blocked me on
twitter so it meant I spoke the truth – mission
accomplished!!!!!

I am sure your die hard fanbase #teamdonjazzy do not know
why you did not sign hit maker producer Terry G and Port-
Harcourt's finest, Duncan mighty to Mo-Hits, it was because
they both tweeted your intention to sign them before you
composed a tweet to announce it yourself and that was even
after signing agreement papers with them and their lawyers.
My dear, you are such an egocentric and proud homosexual.

Just as you turned #teamdonjazzy against D'Banj, you want
to try it with Wande Coal because u have a senseless
#teamdonjazzy crazed fan base who will just do as you say
and take u as their omnipotent and omniscience ultimate ruler.
Well done!!!

Your dumb fans don't even know you ordered your thugs to
beat Mr Princewill Ojukwu in pop night club (Saka Tinubu
Victoria Island) on Friday December 21, 2012 and he almost
lost his precious eyes and nose while you stood pressing your
phone, that is attempted murder, You are a cold blooded
killer!!

I am sure D'Banj is just smiling and sipping his hot tea
knowing it will get to this. I now understand why Banga Lee
sang "if u know what i know, u go like me ooo"- oyato
(2013). Don Jazzy made everyone believe D'Banj was the
bad egg, #teamdonjazzy too don't know you were too scared
to produce for the American market (Goodmuzik) because
you thought you will flop . Everyone is asking how many hitz
D'Banj have with Kanye and Co, I am now asking you how
many hit tracks you produced for Good Musik because we all
know you were signed on too as a producer, I thought you
were Africa's #1 producer.

Everyone now knows that you did not produce Go Low,
Shizzi produced the original sample but you took the credit,

I am not surprised Dr Sid took after you, Mr and Mrs

(Photo) Shocking! Spa ‘Hires’ 3 Large Snakes to Give Their Customers Full Body Massage

I know i cant do this. Forget the magic of a massage
therapist's hands as they knead your stress away, nature
apparently has something better to offer.
This service comes in the form of 6 foot pythons crawling on
you for 90 minutes! The newly minted service, the snake body
massage, is being offered at a spa in Jakarta, Indonesia.
If the idea of 3 giant snakes slithering on your body scares
you, worry not, there are massage therapists on standby to
make sure that the pythons keep moving on your weary body.
According to media reports, the reviews have been just as
strange. The few who have experienced it claim it has been
amazing with some even testifying to its effectiveness in
getting rid of Ophidiophobia (fear of snakes).

Its like thrilling his fans with the underwear stunt was not
enough for the 'Run my race' singer, he decided to go
traditional wearing a 'Buba', the traditional men's clothing
in Yoruba land and a pair of sneakers in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun
State at the Glo bounce event.
Surprisingly he pulled the odd fashion well but might not

Who knows what else we will be seeing from Burna, at
least he gives us something to talk about other than his

Latest On ASUU Strike: Lecturers To Meet On Monday To Decide If Strike Should Continue

The strike of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU)
has entered its fourth month, and lecturers of the government-
owned universities will on Monday hold a referendum to
make some decisions.
Local chapters of the Union in each campus have invited
members for the crucial meeting during which they will be
briefed on the outcome of the 13-hour long meeting ASUU
Executives had with the President Goodluck Jonathan and
other officials of the Federal Government.
The briefing will be followed by voting in favour or against
the continuation of the strike.
Though some members of the union are still sceptical about
the promise of the government, there are indications that the
referendum will favour ending the strike.
According to a union member, referendum is always
conducted before a strike is embarked upon or called off.
The ASUU embarked on a strike to demand the
implementation of the 2009 agreement with government on
July 1.

Album review: LKT’s ‘The Journey’ is quite noisy… and boring too

LKT found mainstream fame when he collaborated with
Olu Maintain for 'Yahooze, that relentless party popper
that had former U.S Secretary of state Colin Powell
dancing along. Post-Yahooze, he worked with everyone
fom eLDee to P-Square before putting out his own album.
'The Journey' isn't much. Well, it is much in terms of
quantity. At 20 songs long, much of them similar sounding
club hopping material, LKT quickly wears out the most
patient of listeners.

Sure he fills the landscape with guest appearances by
everyone from P-Square to 9ice, Davido to Olamide but
the end result is still an extended bore. The twins of P-
Square have never been known to sound great on a guest
appearance and so they just chop and slice a bunch of
their past hits on 'Follow follow'. 'Just like yesterday'
sounds like it failed to make the cut for 9ices 'Versus'
album. Davido is undistinguished, beating his chest and
reminding us of his omo baba olowo status (not that we
ever forgot) on 'Alaye remix and Olamide huffs and puffs
to no engaging effect on 'Woni were'.

There is a hint of excitement to be gleaned though on
'Asiko' the up tempo opening single and the sing along
chorus of 'Bamifa might work for some.' 'Iwonikan' is
one of the disc's better experiences and 'Omo lomo yen'
has a pleasing high life feel.

'The Journey' doesn't do much for LKT. While his efforts
at doing pop music in his indigenous language are
commendable, the album falls short, repeatedly sounding
like early-career 9ice. There is a distinct lack of the wit or
energy that has made the likes of Olamide and Reminisce
major crossover stars and the audience comes out of the
experience feeling mildly frustrated. Hopefully, this one is
just a primer for better material in the future.

Fake EFCC operative bags 15 years imprisonment

The long arm of the law has finally caught up with a fake Economic and Financial Crimes commission  agent, Mohammed  Umar, who was slammed with a 15-year jail sentence for impersonation, conspiracy and obtaining money through false pretence.
Umar, popularly known as Terror,  was sentenced by Justice Yakubu Gyang Dakwak of  the Plateau State High Court, Jos, having found him liable to the charges pressed against him by the anti-graft agency.
The suspect was arrested in October 2008 following intelligence report that he had been posing as an operative of the EFCC and extorting top government functionaries in Bauchi, Gombe and Sokoto States under the pretext that he had damning petitions against them.
Umar cajoled several of them into wiring funds into his account with a promise to help stop any investigations into the petitions.
He is reported to have connived with one Mustspha Abdullahi, now at large, in 2008 and swindled the Special Assistant to the Bauchi State Governor by falsely pretending to hold the office of an operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
According to the prosecution, the offence is punishable under Sections 8(a) and 1 (3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act 2006".
In his ruling, Justice Dakwak affirmed that the prosecution had proved the case against the accused beyond doubt and accordingly pronounced him guilty on all three counts.

(Photo) I travel from Lagos to Osun to make my hair –Onoriode

Onoriode Odah Ovwurie, the Editor-in-Chief of Now
Magazine, talks fashion with Ademola Olonilua
Which would you rather wear, your natural hair or
weave?

Well, if I had very good hair texture then I would have rocked
my natural hair and do all crazy styles of weave with it but
unfortunately, that's not the case. I alternate with other
options, thank God for weave-ons and attachments.

How much does it cost you to make your hair and how
long does it take?

To be very honest, there is no price tag to my hair. I can
spend a lot on it as long as I like it and it suits me. I am really
crazy when it comes to my hair styles because most of the
time, I create my own styles which are always very unique,
crazy, and very colourful. I love playing with colours on my
hair. The least number of colours you can find on my hair is
three. The duration of my hair styles depends on how well it
fits me or how well I like it. I get tired of a particular look,
easily. So I can take it off any time I get bored with the look
irrespective of how much I spent on it. Well, the truth is, the
lady that does my hair stays in Ile-Ife in Osun State. She
comes down whenever I have to make my hair, I am sure that
sounds crazy. Sometimes if she dosen't come, I go over there.
So transport plus her services is about N10,000 minus
whatever weave-on or style I decide to do. On an average I
spend like N15,000-N20,000. That is if I'm not fixing
Brazilian, Indian or Paloma weave-on and of course, you
know how much those weave-ons cost.

What's your favourite hairstyle?

I really don't have a favourite. Whatever I decide to do has to
be crazy and colourful but in a decent way. It takes guts and
attitude for some ladies to wear some of the kind of hair styles
I create. For instance the hair style I had on my wedding was
out of this world that people spent more time looking at the
hair than me.

Would you rather buy a Nigerian designer's dress or a
foreign designer's?

I wear both foreign and Nigerian made attires as long as they
look nice on me. When it comes to fashion, I don't really go
for names as such. I wear whatever looks good on me,
irrespective of who the designer is. I wear a lot of Nigerian
fabric clothes because I find them very beautiful and easy to
play around with when it comes to designing. Our fabrics
come in lots of colours and different designs that when you
blend them together, they come out fine. I design for lots of
people even though I am not a fashion designer. I have a flair
for these things because I am a very stylish person and I also
deal in fabrics.

Do you patronise Nigerian designers at all?

I patronise Nigerian designers but they may not be known
names. Even though they are not really popular, they sew very
fantastic clothes, even better than some known names. I
admire the designs of Yomi Casual. He is a very talented
young man. I see a lot of prospect in his work.

What influences your fashion style?

A lot of things influence my fashion style. From my mood,
state of mind, to the environment; a whole lot. You can't
predict my fashion sense because I don't really follow fashion
trends as such. I hate wearing what everybody is wearing. I
will rather wait for the trend to phase off before I decide to
wear mine. People tend to appreciate it better then because it
will be worn with a difference. If I am forced to go with the
trend, I will definitely wear mine with a difference.

What is that fashion item you can't leave home without
and how did you come about it?

In as much as I am a fashionable person, I am very simple.
Sometimes I go out without make-up. Often times, people tell
me I look prettier without make-up. So I wouldn't say there is
a particular fashion item I can't leave home without. I believe
simplicity does it.

What's the most expensive item you own and how much
did it cost?

I have a lot of expensive items. I can't really put a hand on
which is more expensive because I didn't get them all at the
same time. So I may not remember some of their price tags.
Some I even bought with foreign currency and really did not
remember how much it cost when converted to naira.

Best gift your spouse has ever got for you?

The best gift my husband ever gave me was and still is his
love for me, which is priceless. All other things are
secondary.

What is your fashion weakness; is it perfumes, shoes,
bracelets, etc?

I have a lot of fashion weaknesses but on top of the list is
shoes. I own over a hundred pairs of shoes. I remember one of
my birthdays when my husband surprised me by taking me on
a trip to a place where only shoes were sold and he told me to
pick any shoes of my choice, not minding how much was on
the price tag. Funny enough, we were not even married then.

He blew my mind because he knew that was one of my
weaknesses. I also love perfumes too. For clothes, I really
can't count the number of boxes I have.

Would you say you were fashionable as a kid while
growing up?

Yes I was. I remember taking part in a lot of beauty pageants,
both in my primary and secondary school days. Way back, my
folks used to call me mai-gayu. It's an Hausa word that means
'someone that likes to pose'. I always won the award for the
neatest and best dressed student in secondary school. As
young as I was then, I knew how to dress to match. That was
how I got that nick name.

When stepping out for an occasion, what do you consider?

Basically, I dress to look good and not impress anybody. I
always like to stand out. I may dress simple but in a very
unique way. I always try to make a fashion statement when
stepping out for any occasion. But one thing that always
speaks volume when I step out, is my hair style.

What are some common fashion errors you have seen that
made you to irk?

One fashion error I see is when people wear costumes that
are meant to be worn on stage either for a performing act or
for concerts. Out of ignorance, some people imitate what
celebrities wear on stage as outdoor wears. If you check out
the lives of these celebrities, you won't catch them wearing
what they wear on stage to normal outings like dinners, clubs
or even red carpet events. But in Nigeria, you see very funny
dresses that are inappropriate for certain occasions.

What is your take on cleavage exposure and women
wearing skimpy dresses?

Well to be truthful, there are certain ways you can wear some
dresses or tops that will expose just a bit of cleavage in a very
decent manner. Sometimes it depends on the design or the cut
of the neckline of the blouse or gown the person is wearing.

There are some dresses that have very low neckline cuts that
may expose a lot of your cleavage and if you really like to
wear the dress, all you have to do is cover it up a bit by
pinning a matching broach to it. By doing this, it will not
expose too much for people to see and it makes you look
more decent. Yes, sometimes, ladies like to feel and look sexy
which is why they wear some of these dresses. But they
shouldn't forget the way they dress is how they will be
addressed. About skimpy wears? Honestly, some ladies
overdo things there and end up being harassed or insulted. For
Christ's sake, why would you wear what you ought to wear to
a club in broad daylight and not expect to be harassed? The
funny part is that most of the ladies that dress like that don't
even have cars. So you can imagine a lady wearing a very
skimpy dress standing at the bus-stop in daytime. That's crazy
if you asked me. Even if you have a car, there are some places
that are not appropriate for you to wear skimpy dresses to
because you may not be taken seriously. Whatever you do, do
it in moderation.

SHOCKING: 4 men charged to court for kidnapping man, torturing him and running away with his penis (PICTURED)

Kyle Handley, one of four people charged with kidnapping
a California marijuana dispensary owner, torturing him
with a blowtorch and cutting off his penis during a
robbery. Ryan Anthony Kevorkian, 34, Naomi Josette
Kevorkian, 33, and 34-year-old Hossein Nayeri were also
arrested.

Four people were charged with kidnapping a California
marijuana dispensary owner, torturing him with a
blowtorch and cutting off his penis during a robbery
because they thought he was burying piles of cash in the
desert, authorities said Friday.

Ryan Anthony Kevorkian, 34, and Naomi Josette
Kevorkian, 33, were arrested Friday in Fresno, a day after
the FBI arrested 34-year-old Hossein Nayeri in Prague in
the Czech Republic, Orange County authorities said in a
statement.

Nayeri was expected to face extradition proceedings.
Another man, Kyle Shirakawa Handley, 34, was arrested
in October of last year.

The four have been charged with kidnapping for ransom,
aggravated mayhem, torture, burglary and a sentencing
enhancement for inflicting great bodily injury. They were
being held without bail and could face up to life in prison
without possibility of parole if convicted, prosecutors said.
It was not immediately known whether the Kevorkians and
Nayeri had obtained lawyers.

Prosecutors said the victim was a prosperous medical
marijuana dispensary owner who took some of his pot
suppliers — including Handley — to Las Vegas last year
for an extravagant weekend.

Handley pleaded not guilty to the charges last month.

"It is my hope that by bringing to justice these three
additional people it will become clear that Mr. Handley
was not involved in this demonic criminal enterprise,"
Robert K. Weinberg, Handley's attorney, said Friday.
Prosecutors said the victim was a prosperous medical
marijuana dispensary owner who took some of his pot
suppliers — including Handley — to Las Vegas last year
for an extravagant weekend.

After the trip, Handley told some friends that the
dispensary owner was extremely wealthy and they came
up with a plan to kidnap and rob him, according to a
statement from the county district attorney's office and
Newport Beach police.

Four weeks before the kidnapping, the would-be robbers
began shadowing the dispensary owner, following him on
frequent trips he made to the desert outside of Palm
Springs.

He went out to discuss a possible investment deal, but the
four wrongly believed he was driving there "to bury large
amounts of cash," according to the statement.

The victim and his roommate's girlfriend were kidnapped
and driven out to a spot in the desert, such as this one,
where the suspects believed the cash was hidden. There
they cut off the man's penis, poured bleach on him, and
dumped him and woman on the side of the road.

Throughout the drive, they allegedly burned the dispensary
owner with a blowtorch.

At the spot where the men believed the victim had hidden
his money, they cut off his penis, poured bleach on him in
an effort to destroy any DNA evidence and dumped him
and the woman on the side of the road, authorities alleged.
The three men then drove away with the penis so that it
couldn't be reattached, authorities claimed.

"The woman ran over a mile to a main road in the dark,
while still bound with zip ties, and flagged down a police
car," according to the statement.

The man survived his injuries.

After the crime, Nayeri fled to Iran, where he remained for
several months, prosecutors said. He was arrested in
Prague while changing flights from Iran to Spain to visit
family, authorities said.

President Goodluck Jonathan approves N4bn for power transmission network

The Minister of Power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo, said despite the
completion of privatisation of the power sector, President
Goodluck Jonathan has also approved the sum of N4b to
improve power transmission network across the country.
Speaking at the official opening of a new transmission sub-
station in Ibadan on Friday, Nebo said injection of the huge
sum of money would have a national transformation impact
with regard to electricity supply.
He said, "It is only when the national grid becomes more
reliable and efficient that power will go round Nigeria and
that is why the President is showing a lot of concern to ensure
that the new arrangement with the new distribution and
generation companies works.
"This is in addition to the fact that the government ensured
that the companies inherited an atmosphere conducive enough
for operation so that they can achieve the target of the FG."
Nebo also pointed out the negative impact of vandalism on
power distribution, adding that government had stepped up
effort to put an end to activities of vandals in Nigeria and send
away those who build on power gas line.
He said, "We have brought in security operatives to protect
the stations. We are also using digital ways of monitoring all
the facilities to make sure that wherever there is infraction,
security men will be deplored to the area immediately.
"There will be improvement in power supply when the
generation facilities are improved on and when we recover the
pipeline areas where people have built houses on. We will
also improve when we have more gas going to the power
station. By the middle of next year, power supply stability
will be achieved," he said.
Managing Director of Integrated Energy Distribution and
Marketing Company, which bought the Ibadan Electricity
Distribution Company, Fortunato Leynes, said the new power
station in Ibadan was built at the cost of N303m and that it
was financed by the World Bank.
He said, "The Federal Government received a credit of $100m
from the International Development Association of the World
Bank towards the cost of Nigeria Transmission Development
Project. Part of the money was used for this project.
"The reinforcement of the grid sub-station began in January
2013 and it was completed on March 28. This will ensure
more than 17 hours of electricity supply to our consumers," he
said.

The Appeal Court commences suit seeking to sack Chime

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, on Friday commenced
hearing in a suit seeking to remove Governor Sullivan Chime
of Enugu State from office.
In the appeal, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in
the state, Chief Alexander Obiechina, is challenging the
refusal of an Abuja Federal High Court to nullify the
nomination process that led to Chime's emergence as the
candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party on April 26, 2011.
Obiechina is asking the appellate court to determine whether
there was a valid special congress or primary election held in
Enugu State on January 12, 2011, in which Chime was
nominated as the PDP candidate.
Insisting that the laid down conditions for the nomination of
candidates for governorship positions, as enshrined in sections
85(1) and 87(1)(4)(b) of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended),
were not fulfilled when Chime emerged, Obiechina is arguing
that January 9, 2011, was the valid date set for the
governorship primaries in Enugu State.
Obiechina has asked the appellate court to nullify the primary
election and order Chime to vacate the office forthwith.
At the commencement of hearing in the matter on Friday, the
panel of justices of the Court of Appeal granted an application
in which Obiechina's counsel, Oba Maduabuchi, asked it to
proceed to determine the matter even though one of the
respondents, the Independent National Electoral Commission,
was yet to file its brief and relevant processes.
Maduabuchi noted that INEC failed to file and serve any brief
or application for extension of time in respect of the appeal.
INEC's withdrawal from the suit was not surprising, as the
Commission had frowned at Chime's nomination while the
suit was before the Abuja FHC.
Chime's lawyer, Mrs O. J. Offia, and that of the PDP, O. K.
Akuyibo, did not object to the appellant's wish to leave out
INEC in the appeal.
However, PDP lawyer, Akuyibo, vehemently opposed the
court's jurisdiction to hear the appeal.
"This is not a proper case where the court can invoke its
powers under Section 15 of Court of Appeal rules for the
simple reason that the trial had declined jurisdiction over the
appellant's suit," he argued, adding that the subject matter of
the appeal was to determine whether the Abuja FHC was right
or not to decline jurisdiction in the case.
The Court of Appeal also granted another application in which
the appellant's lawyer sought to withdraw prayer one in his
motion paper, which required the appellate court's invocation
of Section 15 of the Court of Appeal Rules to enable it
assume jurisdiction over the matter as court of first instance.
But the court asked Maduabuchi to get prepared to address it
on the interpretation and provision of Section 141 of the
Electoral Act as amended, in the event that the court agrees
with his submissions.
"Assuming we agree with you, can we after an election, going
by a Supreme Court decision based on Section 141 of the
Electoral Act, make you occupy the position of governor in an
election you did not participate?," the panel, which was led by
Justice M. D. Dongban-Mensem, asked the appellant's
counsel.

Fayemi’s aide petitions SSS over alleged frame-up

Chief of Staff to Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State, Mr.
Yemi Adaramodu, has raised the alarm over plots to implicate
him and other leaders of the All Progressives Congress in the
state over the alleged killing of a member of the party.
Adaramodu, in a petition to the State Security Service, said
his detractors were plotting against him and other leaders of
the party.

In the petition entitled, "Attempt to Implicate Me and Other
APC Party Chieftains in Ekiti State", dated November 6,
addressed to the State Director of SSS, Adaramodu accused a
member of the House of Representatives and governorship
aspirant in the Ekiti Mr. Opeyemi Bamidele, of colluding with
a faction of the Peoples Democratic Party in the state to frame
him up.

He alleged that certain individuals were listed to be arrested in
connection with the Emure violence.
The Chief of Staff said that based on information available to
him, those slated for arrest were to be accused of committing
heinous crime.

He urged the SSS to stop the "evil plan against my person,
Ekiti State Government officials and APC chieftains in the
state".

The petition reads in part, "You will recall my appeal to your
esteemed office on the 16th of October, 2013 where I relayed
the usual desperate attempt by the Peoples Democratic Party
to cause disaffection between the Dr. Kayode Fayemi
administration and President Goodluck Jonathan by
distributing alleged state-sponsored leaflets against Mr.
President who was visiting the state on the aforementioned
day.

"This, as planned by the PDP, was widely circulated in
various social media as a smokescreen, alleging the
constitution of a committee comprising myself, Yemi
Adaramodu; Senior Special Assistant on Security Matters,
Ade Adesokan; Interim State Chairman of APC, Chief Jide
Awe; Interim State Deputy Chairman of APC, Chief Dele
Falusi; and state Chairman of Road Transport Employees
Association of Nigeria, Mr. Rotimi Olanbiwonnu (Mentilo),
as being assigned to disrupt Mr. President's visit.

"Their plan, therefore, was to place the blame at the doorstep
of the Dr. Kayode Fayemi administration and as a result
instigate our arrest. However, the timely reportage to the
security agencies saved this nefariousness.

5-yr old girl burnt to death in Bayelsa

The sleepy riverside settlement of Ogbogoro in the outskirts
of Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital was Thursday night
thrown into mourning following the burning to death of a five
year old girl in an inferno.

The deceased child, simply identified as Princess,
eyewitnesses told Saturday Vanguard, was a daughter of a
policeman attached to the Osiama Division of the State Police
Command in Southern Ijaw local government area of the
state.

It was gathered that the inferno which occurred at about
7.30pm was caused by a burning candle.

Saturday Vanguard learnt that at the time of the incident, the
mother of the deceased was in the market selling crayfish
while the father was away at his duty post in the creek of the
state.

It was learnt that the sister to the deceased, who is a Junior
Secondary School (JSS) student, had made use of the candle
light in solving her school homework.

She was said to have left the candle burning and went out to
get some foodstuff for her siblings.

"While she was away, the candle fell and set ablaze the
fabrics on the floor of the room. The deceased and her 7-year
old brother, Henry, were in the room but attempt by the latter
to wake the sister proved abortive," the source said.

People thought I was too small, skinny to be a good player – Iheanacho

Nigeria's outstanding No10 Kelechi Iheanacho put on a
dazzling display of football here in UAE, scoring six goals
and setting up a further seven en route to a fourth title for the
west Africans. A playmaker and lethal finisher all rolled into
one, his trademark goal celebrations had the Nigerian fans
here in UAE on their feet from start to finish.

FIFA.com caught up with the best player of the 2013 U-17
World Cup in the United Arab Emirates to talk about how it
feels to be a world champion, his chat with Nigerian legend
Nwankwo Kanu and why he had doubts about his size and
strength when he was called into the national team camp.

How does it feel to be a world champion?

Kelechi Iheanacho: I feel good, I feel good, I feel good! I
thank God because I feel so good. I don't know if I can find
the words to say what I'm actually feeling. I can't even tell
what I'm feeling because I'm feeling a millions things at the
same time. I am feeling love for my teammates and my family
and my country. I feel all of it. I'm on a high for winning the
World Cup and the Golden Ball (best player).

It's all smiles here in the locker-room. How close to you feel
to your teammates at this moment?

None of this could have been possible without my teammates.
They are the best. The way we all cooperated together to win
the World Cup is simple amazing. It's like nothing else I've
ever felt. I give them thanks for making it possible for us to
do what we did.

You were named the tournament's best player and you were
the second top-scorer. How does that feel on a personal level?
It means a lot to me personally because when I came into the
national team camp I felt uneasy. A lot of the boys thought
maybe I was too small, too skinny to be a good player. But I
realized now with what I've done here that God is preparing
something special for me.

It's been an exciting few weeks for you and your Golden
Eaglets here in the United Arab Emirates. How has your time
been?

I've loved the time I've spent here in UAE. It's a wonderful
country and it was amazing for me and my teammates to see a
different part of the world and to show our football to the
people here. I will remember it always.

You had tremendous support from Nigerian fans here for all
of your games. How important was that?

The fans here have supported us so much. It's been incredible.
They've given us courage and cheered us up when things
weren't going so well. The fans here in the stadium and the
ones back home, they own a part of this trophy too. They
helped us to win it.

One of Nigeria's best-ever players, Nwankwo Kanu, was here
to watch the final, and you two had a long chat after the
whistle. What did you talk about?

He is the true hero of football in our country. Back home, he's
like a father, like a brother. He's like everything to me. He
always gives us advice. He comes to train with us, to make
sure we're happy and moving in the right direction. He helps
us to understand what football is really about, and what it
takes to make it in the game. Talking with him and being with
him is just a great honour.

Do you have a message for the people back home?

I just want to send my love back home; to everyone and to
everything Nigerian.

I attempted GUS three times; Season 10 Winner Dennis Okeke

It was a colourful ceremony last weekend at the Le' Meridien
Hotel, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, when the winner of the
popular television reality show, Gulder Ultimate Search
Season 10, Dennis Okike was unveiled.

Anchored by the task master himself, Chidi Mokeme, the
event which has the governor of the host state, Godswill
Akpabio in attendance with members of his cabinet also
witnessed the unveiling of winner of the one day ultimate
fans edition in the person of Comrade Kalu Kalu. He smiled
home with an SUV and a mouth watering cash prize. Number
one African rapper, MI spiced up the event as he thrilled the
audience with his electrifying performance.

However, elated Okike shares his experience while in the
jungle, as well as what he intends to do with the N10 million
prize money.

How do you feel as the winner of the 10th edition of Gulder
Ultimate Search?

I have longed for this for three years. I worked very hard and
I prayed to become the winner.. It was not my own personal
efforts, God has hand in it, and without God I would not get
to where I am today.

While the search lasted, you suddenly became daring which
was not part of you from the beginning?

My parents will always say when you are in a different
environment, observe the people, and the environment very
well. When I was in the jungle I had to learn from people,
and their mistakes, and not to make the same mistake. I
learned from my own mistakes too. I kept pushing forward; I
never allowed anything to distract me.

What was your most challenging task in the jungle?

It was the first individual task that we had. I had to go under
the log. I don't want to remember it again. It was very
humiliating, but as God would have it, I was second to the last
person in the task. It is just that whatever situation you find
yourself in, if you think you are actually the last, you nee to
remain focus and be prayerful. It's not how far, but how wel!
How would you describe this year's GUS?

Gulder Ultimate Search is a television reality show that takes
place yearly. I have tried it for three years. Last year, I got to
the final stage, but I was not picked. I kept on trying until I
entered the jungle this year. GUS is different from other
reality shows, you could see it on TV how it is like. It is
glaring for everyone to see. It is not artificial, it is original.
Now that you have won teh show, what's the next level for
you?

It is God first. He will lead me to my next level. I have lots of
ideas, just like every other young man out there. I have to
allow God direct my path. Whatever He says I will take it
up from there. N10 million is a lot of money, but it does not
change anything. If one doesn't plan well, one will just blow
it up, but if you plan ahead of time and you let God take
control, you will achieve great success.

When you found the Golden Scepter, what came to your
mind?

The experience was out of this world. It was something every
other contestant wanted to experience; God actually helped
me to discover the Golden Scepter. There were instances I
would have been evicted, but God made me to come out a
winner. Finding the Golden Scepter was the climax of it all,
and I realised God's faithfulness in my life. God was actually
with me all through. He actually proved that all my fasting
and prayers are not in vain. Every effort I put in to get to the
last stage actually came to pass. I give God the glory. It was
not easy.

Who do you consider the most challenging person among the
last four contestants?

The truth is, finding the Golden Scepter could be anybody; I
know Ifunanya has great ability and instinct just as I do, it
could have been her. But the point is that it could be anybody.
The person I actually believe was going to find it is myself. I
know myself to the extent that if I really want to something I
don't care what happen, I go ahead and do it. I told myself
that if I didn't find it, I will not forgive myself; each time I
was searching I kept on praying.

What is going to change about you now that you have N10
million and a new car?

Nothing will change about me, it is just that I am a new
personality, money can change your personality. But I am still
going to be the same me. Anybody can actually have the same
opportunity, but it depends on what you make of it. You can
get N10million and in the next six months you are nowhere,
but the truth is that I already have plans for myself.

But by now you would have thought of what you want to do
with the money?

The truth is that you don't make choice in a hurry. I might
decide to further my education as an engineer. But along the
line, something might just come up, we have too much
potential in this country. I will work and pray about it and let
God decide for me. What He wants me to do that is what I
will do.

What were the responses in your family when you won?

The joy in my family was out of this world. Tears of joy ran
down my mom's cheeks as well as my siblings. I am the only
son and I know what will be going through their minds right
now.
