British grandmother claims semen is the best anti-aging product

A UK grandmother, Stella Ralfini (pictured above) says her wrinkle-free face is all thanks to a semen therapy which she does on her face by applying
semen from her lover after sexual intercourse.
Stella, 67, said she learnt the bizarre anti-aging method while in India studying a unique sexual therapy called Tantra. According to her, all you need is a lover with healthy sperm residue..

"All you need is a lover but if you don't have one you know what to do. All you need to do is just ten days or two weeks, you both should have a nice time and make sure he has a great time, and
when your beautiful love making session is over, you are going to scoop this amazing sperm mask in your finger, apply it all over your face, leave it for fifteen minutes and then wash off. I know some of you are thinking "What is she saying?!"
but we have to assume that your lover is a healthy clean man and eats wells.

Lol. Now which man put grandma Stella up to this?
Funnily, she's not the only one who believes in this therapy. Actress Heather Locklear, 51, in a recent interview told a reporter that the secret to her youthful look was as a result of semen on face
therapy. Continue...

UK Mirror reports that research has however proven Stella and Heather right in the usefulness of semen as an anti-aging substance. Research shows that the Human semen is rich in anti-oxidant, proteolytic proteins that helps to diminish aging lines on faces and helps to destroy dead layers on skin, revealing a more fresher skin layer.
The researcher must be a man. Not putting no gaddem semen on my face! Lol.

De-Registration Drama! Chris Okotie’s Fresh Party May Sue INEC Again

Chris Okotie's Fresh Democratic Party may be suing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), once again. The founder of the party, Chris Okotie threatened on Tuesday that, it might sue INEC for alleged disobedience of court order against its party's de-registration.

Okotie claims they got a favourable ruling in court, when INEC de-registered some parties in 2012, which also included Fresh Democratic Party. But despite the favourable ruling, INEC has refused to register the party again, he said.

A lawyer who represented the party in court has said the Party would be returning to court to get an injunction against Ekiti, Osun and the 2015 general
elections, until Fresh Party is recognised.

7 Amazing Ways to Make Your Day More Productive

There are many effective ways to make every day more productive, we just have to be intentional about our priorities. When we think about getting important things done, like house chores, school, or
work deadlines, it's so easy to become overloaded and overwhelmed, and if your list is very long, it's even more frustrating. Follow these tips for making
your day more productive and you will be less stressed and more focused on your tasks!

1. Get enough sleep
If you want to make your day more productive, you should get enough sleep first. Without a good night's rest, your energy drops, your mind is less focused,
and your ability to be more productive goes down.
Sleep is important for your physical and mental health. Make it a priority to get 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night!

2. Wake up earlier
Another way to make your day more productive is to get up earlier in the morning. I'm not a morning person and I like to sleep in, but I know that I just
waste my precious time. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is enough and you don't need to sleep more. When you get up early in the morning, you are less anxious, more prepared for the day and you have time to eat a healthy breakfast. So many benefits!

3. Stick to a daily routine
While a daily routine seems to be boring, it's key for feeling more organized and being more productive.
Start every day the same way and you will see what a huge difference it makes. What is the first thing you do after getting up in the morning? Do you drink
coffee or read a morning paper? Maybe you do yoga or pray. Whatever it is, try to be consistent with it, this will help you be more productive every day.

4. Set realistic goals
It's important to set realistic goals. You should know that you will certainly accomplish them. Your list might be shorter, but it's okay. The point is, you get things done without feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

5. Focus fully on one task at a time
In order to avoid feeling overloaded and
overwhelmed with your everyday tasks, try to focus only on accomplishing one task at a time. There is no point in overloading your brain with numerous tasks at a time. Make a list of your priorities and begin from the top. When you complete more than one task at once, you might end up feeling stressed and exhausted.

6. Remove distractions
When you are working on something important, make sure you remove all distractions. Place your cell phone or any other electronic devices in another room. Apart from removing distractions, it's also important to take a short break every hour. Taking breaks are essential. For instance, if you are preparing for an exam, your brain needs a break to absorb information efficiently.

7. Do less every day
Being productive doesn't always mean the number of things you accomplish during the day. Getting things done without being intentional is just a waste of precious time. If there are some things that you can do tomorrow, why not give yourself more breathing room? It's better to do one qualitative task than a few low-quality tasks.

Personally I get overwhelmed easily when I have plenty of things to do and these tips really help me to stay focused and make my day more productive!

7 Tips for Getting Up Early

The early morning is usually the time of day when you have most control over. If you are night owl and you want or need to become early bird, keep reading.
In fact, regardless of what your natural rhythm, you can train yourself to become early riser. Here are some tips for getting up early.

1. Give yourself a reason for getting up early If you haven't any reason to get up early in the morning, you will never do it. That's why it's so important to give yourself a reason for getting up early. No matter what's the reason, it outweighs
desire to press the snooze button. I'm a great coffee drinker, and I always set my coffee maker to brew at the time I'd like to get up, so I get up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee. It's one of my best ways to get up early in the morning.

2. Cut down your sleep time gradually
Even if you used to sleep eight hours, you may get by on less if you train your body to do so. In order to make this process less painful, cut down 30 minutes at a time. Try to sleep for seven and a half hours one week, seven hours the next week, and so on until you are down to your perfect sleep schedule.

3. Wake up at the same time every single day
If you want to feel refreshed in the morning, irrespective of the amount of sleep you got the night before, you should go to bed when you are tired and
wake up at the same time every single day. Although it can sound very easy, it can be harder than you think. Even if you go to bed at 1 a.m., you need to set
your alarm for the new, earlier time.
Don't force yourself to sleep when you're not tired, you will end up feeling very frustrated. Moreover you can develop
an anxiety around not being able to sleep, and that can lead to insomnia.

4. Move your alarm clock
The hardest thing in the morning is to get out of your comfortable, warm bed. So move your alarm clock to the other side of the room, and set it to a really
intolerable sound at full volume. Make sure you set a sound that can drive you crazy enough to make you get up and turn it off.

5. Let the sun shine in
Leave your blinds or curtains open so as to let in the sun shine in the morning. When it's dark in the room, your body responds by producing melatonin and
other sleep hormones. The light provides a natural cue to your body clock that it's time to wake up. I love waking up with the warm sunshine on my face, it's so great! Try this way to wake up, you will love it too!

6. Stop snoozing
It's so hard to do, but we should stop snoozing. I remember those moments when I told myself "just 5 more minutes", but it'd been an hour or even more and I was always late for my work. And the worst thing about it is that that hour was absolute torture, because of the blaring sound of my alarm clock, which had been disrupting my sleep every 10 minutes. That's why you must stop snoozing! It's no longer a good option.

7. Be your own alarm clock Maybe it sounds crazy, but if you tell yourself you are going to get up at 5:30 a.m., you can wake up naturally. If you have never experienced this, you can try it some time. When you manage to wake up
without an alarm clock, you will get up early in the morning feeling remarkably clear and fresh.

Are you an early bird or a night owl? Is it difficult for you to wake up early in the morning? Do you have any tips for getting up early? Share them, please

I'm not a morning person and I don't like to wake up early, but I noticed that each time I got up early in the morning, I felt happier, more energized and was more optimistic that day. When you get up early, you have more time to do those little things that you never have time for, such as reading your favorite book, listening to some of your favorite songs or meditating.

2. Exercise
Exercising can bring you plenty of wonderful benefits. It has a great impact on your physical health as well as your emotional well-being.
Moreover, exercising is a powerful way to combat anxiety and depression and it can also help you to get rid of that accumulated stress.

3. Get organized
Make a rule to plan your day every day. Get organized, since this way, you will be able to do more things faster and you will have enough time for the people or things you love. Focus on your priorities
and work on solving your problems rather than postponing them. Keep your head up and believe in better things and better life.

6. Shape your thoughts
Using language to shape your thoughts is one of the most effective ways to build a positive attitude. Try to make some positive changes in your language. For

will see how these will affect your attitude and your behavior.

7. Read an inspiring book
If you're fond of reading, it's great, because it can help you maintain a positive attitude even in the most difficult situation. Reading a positive and
inspiring book will help you stay motivated and overcome challenges to reach your goals. If you don't enjoy reading, then watch some inspiring videos.

7 Simple Ways to Stay More Positive Every Single Day

If you think you lack positivity in your everyday life, here are a few simple ways to stay happier and more positive every single day. Sometimes little things
such as listening to uplifting music or speaking to a positive person can make a big difference in your day. Don't you wish that there was a list of the simple ways to stay positive daily that you can use to make your everyday life brighter and happier? Read on and discover some of the most effective ways to stay positive every single day.

1. Spend time around positive people
Everyone has at least one toxic or negative person in their life, and I'm sure you are no exception. If you can avoid negative people, do so. If you are working towards being more positive on a daily basis, you should spend more time around positive people and those who love you and respect you. You will notice that you become happier and more positive in no time.

2. Focus on positive things
You can always find something positive, even in the worst situation. When I have a hard day and when everything seems dull around me, I just go for a walk, enjoy nature and watch birds. I also like to watch kids playing in the park. They are so positive and they help me stay positive as well. If you are at work and you don't have an opportunity to go out,
take a short break, spend it alone thinking of the good things in your life.

3. Surround yourself with positivity
One of the best and easiest ways to stay more positive every single day is to surround yourself with positivity. Sign up for inspiring or motivational email lists and read them each morning. You can also start your day with listening to happy, inspiring music. If you put yourself in a positive frame of mind in the morning, you will accomplish anything throughout the day.

4. Find what you're are most passionate about
I have noticed that people are happy and positive when they find their passion and are able to make it reach fruition. While it may take a bit of soul- searching, finding what you're are most passionate
about is one of the most effective ways to be happier every single day.

5. Better yourself
Whether it is emotionally or physically, working on yourself is a great way to become happier and more positive daily. When I think of the most difficult times
in my life, the most effective way I have found to pull myself out of them was by improving myself, either emotionally or physically. Start exercising regularly
or jazz up your workout routine, change your diet, or read some useful books. While it sounds weird and even stupid, you'll see a huge difference, believe it or
not.

6. Make your to-do lists
Keep your life in order and reduce your stress levels by making lists. It's less stressful when you keep track of things you should do when it's on your to-do
list in front of you. Moreover, it's a great and even happy feeling to cross off the last thing on your list. If making lists helps you stay calm, begin making them
daily and you will have a better mood and will be less stressed.

7. Do something for yourself
To stay more positive on a daily basis you should do something for yourself every now and then. Take a break from your responsibilities and enjoy it. I have super busy schedule, but I allow myself a 20-minute mani once a month and I never feel guilty about it.
Do something for yourself on a regular basis and you will see how happier you will be.

Sometimes it's extremely difficult to stay positive, though it's possible. By doing the small things mentioned above, you can make your life much more positive. What do you do to stay positive daily? Share your tips with us please.

‘Sex means nothing to me’ – J’odie opens up on her private life and music

Shy, quiet and with a personality that exudes a calmness not often seen in the music industry, J'odie still has that church-girl demeanour after almost seven years in the industry.

Her music career took off with the successful single ' Kuchi Kuchi', and J'odie, real name Joy Odiete, released her debut album 'African Woman', to critical acclaim but without much commercial success.

Does that bother her? In this interview with NET, the Delta State born soul singer answers that and other questions about her rise to fame, her pains in the industry and her relationships.

Where are you from?

I am from a Christian family; my dad and mum are still married. I am from Delta State, an Urhobo girl, although my mum is Edo. I come from a well to do family.

What was growing up like?

Growing up was different from what I experience in my career today. My parents didn't bring me up in a social way – I grew up in a strict Christian home. My father is a Bishop while my mother is a Reverend. All
l knew as a child was church, school and home. So, the life l had as a child didn't reflect my choice of career which is music and entertainment. I am still a little conservative but my music is bringing me out gradually.

How did you come about your hit single hit
song 'Kuchi Kuchi' ?

It came through a creative process that may not sound different from what a lot of people might say. I wrote and viewed the song from a different angle but from the responses I have gotten from fans, friends, family members, I have learnt that no matter what angle an artiste takes his or her music from, when it
gets to the consumer and the audience, they take it the way they like. 'Kuchi Kuchi' was a song dedicated to children but I found that people sing it at their weddings and some even call me to sing it at their weddings. No matter what I thought it was, the fans and the audience had the final say.

Was it your first song?

I actually released 'Kuchi Kuchi' alongside another single. Before that, I had not been doing music professionally. I had been singing and working on my craft and music.

What I am today is not because of 'Kuchi Kuchi' like people think; I had been in the
background, working. Kuchi Kuchi was the first evidence of that background work.

Tell us how it all started for you I started singing as a child. In my secondary school, I
was in charge of the school choir. When I
completed my B.sc in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos in 2006, I went for the West African Idols and came sixth. I was loved by viewers and that encouraged me; people loved my performances, my delivery, my sound and I believe it gave me the platform to build myself. For the first
time, I thought, 'I think I want to do this
professionally'. Before that, during my days in
secondary school and church choir, I just enjoyed it and never thought of it as a profession. Maybe somewhere inside me I had been thinking about it, but I wasn't sure yet.

But after my experience in the West African Idols in 2007, I realised I really wanted to go further with music. After that, I started going to the studio.

You had never been in the studio before that?
As a child, I used to go to the studio because my dad was a composer and he actually wrote a one-time popular song in Nigeria for an artiste. I might have forgotten when, but as I child I had opportunities to be in a studio. West Africa Idols brought me closer to people who sing, the music industry, celebrities, performances, being on stage… It gave me a better understanding and I think that was why I decided that I would do this professionally.

How do you get inspiration for your songs?

Inspiration can come from anywhere. I am an
emotional and deep thinking person, so, a lot of times, anything that happens around me can get into my head and songs can come from there. It can come anytime too, like when I am just waking up from sleep and maybe a dominant thought will form into a sound.

When it comes, I either write it down, or pick
up a phone and sing into it.

Are you happy with the response to your
debut album 'African Woman'?

You cannot always base your success on what the crowd tells you. The crowd may not be right. The crowd accepts people, not necessarily upon true assessment of your work. I am an artiste; it is good to have the crowd behind you – it is a good feeling and ego is boosting – but if you base your life and art around it, you may not be able to stand it
because the crowd will one day move on, especially when you start doing something they don't understand.

The crowd not understanding does not necessarily mean that thing is bad. I consider the type of music I do as classical, I consider my album ahead of time. So if the crowd does not understand now, that does not mean my sound is bad. They might have to grow to like it later. It might take time, but they will grow
into it. The good thing is that the real music people in this country, the people they call 'music heads', love my work. It is just the regular club hype that I don't have. Another funny thing is that I get more shows and appreciation outside Nigeria, like in Liberia,
Tanzania etc. Like I said, it is good to have your crowd love your work, so I am working towards meeting this crowd at a point with my music. But at the same time I wouldn't want them to be my priority.

Do you sometimes get angry because you are
more appreciated outside of your own
country?

Nigeria is appreciative as well but maybe it is my nature. I am a bit introverted as a person and I don't think I have that crowd appeal and all that.

How do you deal with admirers?

As a lady, if people admire you, you have to
appreciate them. I believe that how you carry yourself determines how men will treat you. If you act in a way that allows people to take advantage of you they will, but if you don't allow that it will not happen.

Has success changed you?

Success is not changing me, the kind of work I do is changing me. I told you earlier that I am an introvert.

I am only trying to be more social and interactive because of the kind of work I do. I have to be more careful with the way I do things, be more diplomatic.

I care about things I normally would not care about.

How have you coped so far in the industry?

There is no industry that does not have its own challenges. I have chosen this industry as my profession so I am ready for whatever it pushes at me.

I have told myself that I will stay and not back out from its challenges. I can't really tell what politics looks like, but the Nigerian music industry is like politics. From my vague understanding of politics, I see the industry as exactly the same but I cannot back out because of that, because if I do I have lost. We all cannot be the same, we have rice, beans, pounded yam, so when you set a buffet, you have all varieties of food there. At a buffet, you don't see everybody eating the same thing, so I believe I am meeting some people's need in this industry, and I will continue to
do so.

I don't know if you are in a committed relationship or not, but let's assume you are
not, can you date someone in your industry?

I have never really thought about that, so I don't know. I have not made up my mind on if it will be from the music industry or the aviation industry, I haven't really thought about it.

What type of man do you want?

I want a man that is my friend; someone who will stand by me and be there for me. It is hard to find a friend in this dangerous world we live in, so I need a friend. Your friend is you.

Show me your friend and l will tell you who you are. My friend would or should be the totality of me. With your friend in your life,
there should be a large room for
compatibility. To sum it up, instead of saying he should be tall, slim, short, fat and all, he should be my friend, one l can relate with without inhibition.

Has the nature of your job as an entertainer
affected your relationships?

I am not in any relationship and I don't think I want to be. I want serious people around me. Not just sexual relationships.

What is wrong with a sexual relationship?
Personally, to me, it is wrong because I am not married. I am not condemning those who do it; this is just my personal opinion. I really should not have an opinion on sex because I don't have any experience. Sex means nothing to me, so I can't get into a relationship just because of that.
